Good Hotel, Room is clean and huge, nice private beach.

Séjour de 4 nuits très agréable La chambre était spacieuse et élégante, couchage très confortable; nous avions une vue mer bien que n'étant pas en front de mer. La piscine principale est gigantesque, bien entourée de transat et lits balinais. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant La zone de bain dans la mer est par contre décevante car limitée Bon petit déjeuner Manque un lieu de restauration ou l'on pourrait juste grignoter le soir, sans aller au buffet ou aux deux restaurants à la carte qui sont sur réservation qui sont par contre très agréables

Pool was okay nothing overwhelming, bit on the cool side, Breakfast was excellent, good enough evening entertainment, Staff was excellent, Will def come back

Great hotel, staff and service

Very good hotel with exceptional personal service . Visit there frequently. Hotel is a bit tired and is undergoing needed maintenance and refurbishment.

Hôtel magnifique dans un jardin tropical fantastique avec plage paradisiaque!Notre chambre était luxueuse,très grand lit et literie très confortable, vue sur mer et piscine. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, répondant à toutes vos demandes. Pour nos 30 ans de mariage, petit déjeuner sur la plage offert et pour notre dernier jour, nous avons pu libérer la chambre un peu plus tard. Les dîners sont excellents, thème différent chaque soir. Pour ceux qui aiment le snorkelling, beaux poissons à voir en nageant un peu dans le lagon, côté de l'hôtel Hilton,jusqu'aux bouées (prévoir des chaussures de plongée).Sans voiture,l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre de Flic en Flac. Nous y sommes allés une fois à pied ( à 5 km ), en longeant la plage. Une autre fois, nous sommes allés à pied dans la baie de Tamarin, un peu moins loin( 2,5km ).Préférer les taxis hors hôtel et les excursions chez les agences locales, c'est moins cher. Pour notre sortie dauphins et Cristal Rock, nous avions réservé avec Sunny qui possède 2 bateaux devant l'hôtel. Prix intéressant et nous n'avons pas été déçus! Nous étions 4 avec un autre couple, un grand merci à Hervé et Jo nos skippers pour cette magnifique sortie en mer et à Sunny! Il y a aussi le club nautique de l'hôtel qui proposent de nombreuses activités gratuites! l'hôtel est en rénovation sur toute une aile ainsi que le Spa.Pas du tout gênant au contraire car moins de monde, transats à volonté! Un séjour de rêve! Grand merci à toute l'équipe!

The accommodations were wonderful. Ocean view room. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was great. Food selection at buffet breakfast and dinner was extensive. Very good. Adult pool beautiful and quiet. Beach was not white sandy as we expected. Water shoes needed in ocean.

J y ai séjourné pour une nuit lors d un déplacement professionnel. L hôtels st bien situé mais quelque peu vieillot et nécessite une rénovation. Lors de mon arrivée j ai eu le briefing des infrastructures et restaurants, j ai souhaité réserver le restaurant japonais. On prend ma réservation pour 21h car le service de 19h est complet. A mon arrivée au restaurant on m‘informe que le restaurant est complet et qu il n y a pas ma réservation…. Ni la réception, ni le manager n ont réussi/voulu s‘expliquer. Déçu du service!

We visited the resort with our 2 kids, came from Turkey and stayed there for 4 happy days. The resort has a vintage beauty. We arrived there early, after a long, exhausting flight, but, the hotel was full and they couldn't give us a room before 15:00. However, they were kind and sincere and tried their best to help us. We tried the main restaurant and the snacks restaurant by the pool. Breakfasts were accompanied by beautiful birds and dinners by mystical frog sounds. Food options were mostly spicy, a little different for our taste but we didn't struggle finding options, more importantly, for the kids. They were very helpful changing the listed menu item and preparing foods according to our taste. My husband once had allergic symptoms, but the staff was very helpful, and stayed alert to bring us to the hospital quickly in case of an emergency. I wouldn't say that they were extremely professional because, in a place full of coconut trees, they said they "may" provide it only after 3-4 days. The pool was perfect for kids, the sand was beautiful; while you are chilling, kids can play safe and free. The boutiques were also nice with honest sellers. We stayed in a villa, upper floor, the garden was dreamy (but saw a dead bird not taken for days). Our room was beautiful, moderately clean, bathrooms were tired, the main bed was comfy but the sofa bed was NOT. Bottled waters provided once and should be filled using fountains (kids loved it). Overall, it was a nice experience for us.

Super lækkert luksushotel med fantastisk strand og gode faciliteter og aktiviteter. Hovedpuderne på værelserne burde dog være i forskellige formater, så de passer til forskellige ønsker.

Some of the furniture in the our room was quite worn out and had some kind of dirt all across it. It looked like there was gum or something sticky on the chair so we were unable to use the desk area properly. The mirror in the desk was also quite dirty. Everything else was absolutely amazing and beds were absolutely fantastic to sleep on. Thank you for all of the amazing hospitality and all of the services that were provided.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff fantastic. Very polite and so helpful. Food excellent. Would go back.

At the check in we noticed the bath was dirty , we mentioned to the staff but nobody did care to come and see us , the staff in general have no clue about service so I would take off the word luxory and charge less as rooms are in need of renovation , if you want to get to flic and flac center you need to take a taxi as the road is dark with no sidewalk, taxi in the resort will accept only cash , you might wonder why.. , and they charge 6 pounds for 5 minutes drive , the beach is full of little rocks and dead corals , boats are passing by very close to the beach that almost get you if you are in the water which is not deep , the 3 star are just for the food and spa.
