This hotel was so lovely. We had a gorgeous room with such a nice view, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was consistently good and the lagoon pontoon was beautiful with kayaks and SUPs free to use. We had such a nice time, thank you!

Todo increíbles

Hermoso hotel, comida deliciosa y el servicio es super bueno. La vista a la laguna es increíble, las habitaciones nuevas, limpias, la comida del restaurante es muy buena, pero lo que más destaca es el servicio de todo su personal, Cristian, Yos, Alberto, Majo, hacen que la estancia en el hotel sea increíble. Adicional te prestan Kayak para pasear en la laguna .

Considero que deberían poner más atención a la limpieza en el área de la alberca y cuidar las plantas que hay en el hotel. Tuvimos un incidente en la habitación el primer día de nuestro hospedaje por lo que solicitamos el cambio de habitación. Se inundó el baño y llegó el agua a la habitación. Es un hotel nuevo por lo que consideren no descuidar su aspecto. Gracias

Súper recomendable; sin duda volvería a regresar. La atención de todo el personal es excelente. La comida del restaurante muy buena. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien, limpias y con buen mantenimiento. 100% lo recomiendo.

clean room and friendly staff; a bit slow service wise but viva mexico!

We were pleasantly surprised once we stepped into our room. The view was gorgeous, the room was very clean and the products they offered were of very good taste and quality. The property had different levels and they had open spaces. It was more intimate because of its size and that was perfect for us. They also had kayaks and hammocks for guests to use so that amazing. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Bacalar!

Habitación amplia y limpia. Café y agua de cortesía. El asiento del WC suelto , lo deberían haber visto y arreglado , ya que fue fin de semana no se podría reparar. Hubo daño de agua a la puerta del baño y a los armarios y aún no reemplazado. La puerta de entrada no se podía cerrar con llave / lock. No debería pasar en un hotel nuevo de año y medio. Alberca y pontón bonitos . La comida en el restaurante nada espectacular - sopa de tortilla y la ensalada no fueron ricas por lo que no comimos de noche en el hotel y nos fuimos al pueblo .

Spotless, nice room. Outstanding view of the lagoon. Nice amenities in the hotel with a dock at the lagoon with chairs. Paddle boards and kayaks available for free. Wonderful stay.

La habitación es un poco ruidosa porque se puede oír el ruido del pasillo, pero fuera de eso todo excelente. Muy cómodo, muy limpio, todo excelente.

Todo en general, todo el personal super amable

Un sacré problème d’odeurs sur les terrasses, aucun service (tout juste un petit déjeuner), pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est dit mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue. L’installation est neuve et belle mais aucun service et pas d’équipement (pas de table en terrasse au niveau du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner…)

There is a full kitchen but not plates, cups, cutlery or soap. Fridge is so small, hard to store anything in there. Lots of stairs if you are staying in the suites on the top floors. Cleaners were great but moved things and closed/packed suitcases away. Was a little bit annoyed by that as they did not know who’s clothes were who’s. Ordered a bottle of wine to our room and it took 1 hour and 30’mins for it to arrive. Lastly our door to our suite was difficult to close and properly lock. Had to pretty much slam it shut to make sure it would lock.

The hotel itself is faultless, it's a new building with very new clean amenities. Unfortunately the running of it has issues. There was no concierge who was in touch prior to our arrival as is standard. The room fob constantly had issues, longest we had to wait was a few minutes to simply enter our room. Conflicting instructions regarding toilet paper disposal in the bathroom. Non-maintained life jackets which meant most of them were covered in mould. Breakfast included was extremely basic and if you add on anything which would be 100 extra pesos they'd charge the entire meal. 3 days the eggs were so over salted we couldn't eat on top of having to wait easily up to 45 minutes for breakfast. Requested room service once and our food was brought in installments without cutlery. I think the staff needs more training as the potential of the hotel is definitely there but things like management really let down the whole experience. Lastly please get an engineer to fix the WiFi, we had to keep forgetting and rejoining the WiFi every time we lost signal or left the building which was incredibly irritating.

El personal muy amable, la habitación de lujo, el servicio de limpieza excelente. Recommendable 100%

El hotel está muy bonito, nuevo, con buenas amenidades y gran servicio y amabilidad del personal, alimentos con buen sazón y temperatura, el único inconveniente es que es muy cansado para moverte dentro del hotel porque todo está en diferente nivel (lobby, habitaciones, restaurant, área de piscina y laguna) y no se cuenta con elevador
