La habitación se siente sucia al ingresar, te hacen firmar responsivas pero ellos no se hacen responsables de nada, tardan en contestar llamadas o mensajes, el hotel no te apoya en nada si necesitas algo referente a la habitación ya que solo lo puede hacer el dueño de ella, la piscina está fea, las áreas comunes se sientes viejas y sucias, nada que ver con las fotos. En general no recomiendo por el precio y el servicio que ofrecen, por el precio que pague había muchas opciones más frente al mar y más accesibles.

The room wasn't at all like the pictures and had the minimal equipment. A bed, AC,Light, not even a small fridge.Really different from the descriptions

The description states deluxe room. Its a bed with a bathroom, more like a standard room, but there is no safe in the room The problem with the company that manages them is that there is no communication, even the reception staff stated this, they werre suppose to send me the code to the door on the day of arrival myself and the reception staff were trying to contact the management agency to try to getthe code to the door this was after travelling for 18hrs, so was not best pleased with the management agency

Hôtel bien placé, propre au niveau de la chambre (nous n’avons pas été à la piscine). Discussion par Whatsapp pour le check-in et le check-out en dehors des horaires de la réception impeccable. Mais pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée, la chambre et la salle de bains font très vides. Mais le vrai problème réside dans l’insonorisation de la chambre qui est totalement inexistante ! Vous vivez avec vos voisins. Du jamais vu et pourtant j’en ai fais des hôtels. Je pense sincèrement qu’il n’y a aucune isolation dans les murs.

Condo 201 Not easy to reach the management for the internet that not work no internet 7 of 9 days rentals and compensation for that ....300 $ for personnal internet use ...and no ways to find an agrement .. charge for dirty towels , lack of équipements for kitchen , no broom ...3 plate for a 4 persons rental etc ...

The property was ok however, the apartment was not entirely clean. I was asked for a deposit as I was given the keys. I was questioned about some stains that were found on the bed spread. The pots in the kitchen were dirty and scratched. What I did like was that the location was perfect and walkable.

Avoid at All Costs—Health Hazard and Scam Central This is the worst place I’ve stayed in 30 years of traveling to 50 countries. The location is misleading—the actual building isn’t where it’s listed on Google Maps. We were stuck in 201N, directly above a noisy street where trucks and buses kept us awake all night. The mattress was as comfortable as a slab of concrete. The bathroom is a mold-infested disaster, with black mold everywhere. I left with an ear infection from sleeping on their filthy bed, and I’m still dealing with hearing loss and ringing in my ears. The kitchen is unusable—no appliances, no utensils, and filth everywhere. Clean towels or sheets? Only if you pay $60, and the “complimentary cleaning” doesn’t actually clean anything. Worse, they rummaged through my partner’s purse and left fresh bloodstains on the floor. The plumbing is horrendous—showers barely trickle water, and the toilets don’t flush. When you complain, they hand you a plunger and walk away. To top it off, the concierge confirmed they had my laptop charger but refused to answer calls or messages when my driver arrived to pick it up. Clearly, they stole it. Avoid this nightmare. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and staffed by thieves. Stay anywhere else.

Good location however the toliets were broken they did fix it, shower head had limited water. The clean up team should properly sanitize the place and disinfect it. They wanted $25 usd to change towels, $60 to change the bed sheets. Very stingy with toliet paper, no dishwashing soap, no paper towel.

The apartment was advertised as "individually furnished" and had no furniture at all other than the bed. It was also represented to have a safe, and it did not.

Leider kann man diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Es sind Eigentumswohnungen die von jedem Eigentümer selbst verwaltet werden. Die Rezeption ist in Wirklichkeit ein Wachdienst. Alles sehr umständlich. Wir hatten ( 2 Personen ) nur zwei große Handtücher und 1 Pooltuch. Es fehlten kleine Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Küchentücher. Der Herd hat nur eingeschränkt funtioniert. Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren. D.h. Eiskalt oder Heiss im Zimmer. Abfallentsorgung ( in Mexiko wird Toilettenpapier im Mülleimer entsorgt ) fand innerhalt einer Woche nicht statt. Einziges Plus: Wohnung lag zum Hof und war desahlb ruhig, aber auch dunkel.

The place is modern, the rooftop pool is very nice can’t complain, bed is comfortable. Two of the towels had stains, floor was unclean, air conditioning was not cold at all. Oh and there is a school right in front of it with loud bells and kids all day long. Staff at reception were nice, staff responsible for the room less nice and a bit rude and unfriendly.

I got screwed. Paid the hotel via Hotel.com. Once I got to the hotel they would not let me stay unless I had a "code". They gave me a phone number to call to get this code, but no one answered. I tried for hours across 2 days. So I have no idea about the place, but for me, it sucked. Now I'm trying to get a credit back on my credit card.

Although the condo unit (204 and 204B) looks nice and is a very good size, it’s located facing the street (Avenida 20) and therefore is a very noisy unit. That avenue is quite busy and loud vehicles pass on it constantly (especially since the building is located next to the ADO bus station). I do not recommend that unit if you want a relaxing night and if you are not a deep sleeper. The door lock inside the condo does not lock the door so use the key to lock the deadlock from the inside if you want to lock the door at night. Other units in the building are rented to longer term tenants and there is always a person at the front desk to manage the ins and outs of the building. No unregistered visitors permitted after 10pm which is great. Coffee pot was broken. Floors were very dirty (porous tile is hard to clean) so keep your shoes or flip flops on. No AC in the bathroom of unit 204B because the shower has a shuttered window with no glass. We had to buy or own garbage bags, dish soap and toilet paper as it is more of an airbnb unit. Missing a few kitchen items that would be very useful such as a can opener and toaster.
