Pasamos una estancia muy agradable, todo el Personal súper amable y servicial, lo único que no nos gustó es que las camas son muy duras.

Todo estuvo muy bien la señorita de recepción fue muy amable y todo el personal en general excelente de verdad se recomienda mucho este hotel la comida es variada y de muy buen calidad

Simply a great getaway! Location Pool & beach & staff are wonderful! 4 time visiting. Only thing that could improve is check in information given regarding reservations several guest were confused including us that have been at different Barcelos! Staff was not too friendly at front desk. Possibly having an app to follow through the schedule. & change in the menu more variety for the buffet.

The service was excellent, the place was clean and kept up. I would go back in a heartbeat. People are very friendly and the shows are great. I would highly recommend

Fue una gran experiencia desde la reservación, todo súper bien en el hotel, comidas, bebidas y servicio.

Muy buena experiencia estar en el Barceló, si bien no es un hotel tan nuevo y que tiene ya algo de desgaste, no demerita el tiempo que pase en las instalaciones, limpias, listas, todo en su lugar y listo para usarse. La atención del personal excelente y gran variedad de comida y un buen catálogo de bebidas, espectáculos todas las noches, mucha diversión, playa muy accesible y todas las amenidades para una estancia placentera. No es la primera vez que estoy ahí y definitivamente voy a volver. 100% recomendado.

Overall was good. We had thought we upgraded to a premium suite but turns out we only upgraded to a premium lounge which was a bummer considering we were on our honeymoon and wanted to go all in. Also the hotel lacked air conditioning in the main lobby/dining area making it a hot and sweaty dining experience. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Me gustó, solo que el servicio en la alberca para las bebidas no es tan bueno, demoran mucho en entregarte tu bebida

We paid for all inclusive. When we arrived they told us we had to pay extra in order to get a better quality food and beverage. Without paying that extra amount they only offered low quality food and beverage. Staff was unfriendly. They actually looked like not enjoying tyeir job. Staff just ignored the guests. We had to chase them all the time. Furniture looked old and smelled very bad. Amenities in the room were very low quality. I will never stay in that hotel again and I definitely don't recommend it.

Las habitaciones estan muy deplorables y les falta mucho mantenimiento no lo recomiendo y tambien EXPEDIA NO CUMPLE LO QUE OFRECE SON UNOS TRANSAS Y NO LES CREAN DISQUE SUS OFERTAS CHAFAS #$%%^^&^&

Todo estuvo bien

Desde la llegada con problemas, la avenida cerrada por el triatlón y no fueron para advertirlo, orientación vaga para ir a estacionamiento alterno, llegué con mis maletas cargando y el personal ni se inmutó. La comida regular, esperaba algo mejor por lo que pagué. Según tenía derecho a una cena a la carta, la cual fue imposible reservar por falta de cupo, no sé por qué la ofrecieron si no tienen la capacidad de cubrir la demanda. En otros hoteles hay meseros ofreciendo las bebidas en el área de alberca y lobby, aquí hubo que ir a buscarlas. Sus cocteles muy malos, la mejor elección fue el vino y la cerveza, que estuvieron mucho mejor. Para el snack, tenías que entrar al restaurante que lo daba y siempre estuvo lleno. No considero volver.
