The most excellent place to stay. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. Steps to la Quinta Avenue and to the beach. Friendly staff and you will never go wrong for the price. A little noisy from the bars near by, but i didn't mind. Definitely will come back again.

El servicio y la atención son muy buenos! La ubicación es muy conveniente y está a pocos pasos del mar, sin embargo el precio (si bien se trata de un hotel boutique) es algo mayor a lo que se recibe en cuanto a instalaciones; sería bueno remodelar o renovar un poco los cuartos🙏

The perfect location to stay at Playa del Carmen. Wonderful service and helpful staff. Clean and charming rooms with all the amenities, steps to la Quinta Avenue. And 2 minutes walk to the beaches. Highly recommend at good price.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and even called me by name, which made the experience feel very personal. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach on one side and Fifth Avenue on the other. I will definitely stay here again!

Es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel, la primera vez solo y en esta ocasión era para celebrar un aniversario de bodas por lo que trate de ponerme en contacto con el hotel para decorar la habitación a lo cual NUNCA , mandé primeramente un correo e incluso llame por teléfono a lo cual dijeron mandarían un correo el cual ya regrese y aun no llega.

Good location ,clean place need improvement on furniture but overall good for the price.

This is a well kept older Mexican hotel. Boutique ish... It is very well maintained for it's age but has some quirky aspects like the stairwells. Small and twisty. If you have mobility issues you may want to consider another hotel. The pool is upfront and on the small side. But beyond that this was an excellent pick. Sergio at the front desk was great at check in and every time we came back from outings he made us feel very wellcome. The rooms are a typical size with comfortable beds. Good air-conditioning, hot water, Smart TV's and good wifi. The doors have a standard key with a massive "K" attached to them. LOL But we just left the key with the front desk everytime we went out and picked it up when we got back. This was never an issue with the 24 hour front desk and kind workers. The noise from the stairwell and surrounding area does creap in at night but it was nothing that kept me awake or woke me up. Centrally located and only one block from the famous 12th ave party street it was surrounded by good restaurants and bars. 1 block to the beach and 15 min walk to the Cozumel ferry. When you book this hotel understand that it is an independant older Mexican Boutique hotel and not a Major Hotel chain hotel. If you do you will love your stay here and not sweat what it might not have when compared to the big guys.

this hotel was awesome! i would mostly definitely stay in this hotel again. the staff was very friendly. the front desk employees were always nice to my husband and i. the location was absolutely perfect. it was less than a minute walk to the ocean and right in the center of all the shops, restaurants and clubs. It was a 10 minute walk from the ADO bus station was used to get dropped off and picked up for the airport. It was also a 15 minute walk to Plaza Antigua which is where our excursion bus picked us up from to go to Xcaret. My husband and I liked how calm the hotel was. It was a very calm vibe. I was shocked how even though i the hotel was next to clubs there honestly was never a noise issue with loud music or people. We did sleep with the AC on so i’m sure that helped block out noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great stay. The staff was great. Yes, the clubs are loud at night, but with earplugs, we slept great. The phone and some lights in the bathroom didn't work, but we would definitely go back. We stayed 10 nights.

Well, where should I start? First of all, after we checked into our room, there’s no toilet paper,towels,shampoo,body wash….the receptionist Sergio was nice enough to go up and down brought all the stuff for us. Then ,there’s no hot water, they told us just to wait for few minutes, we basically waited for like 2 days!! ( too long??) after whole day traveling, with no hot water we quickly had a cold shower then tried to sleep,hell no, the club near by was thumping music so loud until 3 am. So, if you are a person who likes to take a cold shower and love to sleep in a night club , this hotel is totally right for you. Btw, the stairs actually are quite dangerous.

The property is not huge but it is very cozy and welcoming and we loved it !
