Great location near the square. We could park outside each day. Nice snack for breakfast. Staff were helpful too. Small pool but enough to cool off in. Great value

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff helpful. It is very close to the city center and we enjoyed walking. The parking is either on the street or a little further away.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, las habitaciones son espacioss, cuentan con corralito para bebes la zona del desayuno cuenta con refrigerador, microondas, cafe, te a disposicion de los huespedes. El personal es muy amable.

Me encantó la amabilidad del personal también me gustó la ubicación del hotel yo les recomiendo que si es su primera vez en Valladolid se hospeden en un lugar cerca del centro este hotel tiene la ventaja que a la siguiente cuadra hay un cenote y muchas cosas están cerca más si viajan con adultos mayores como nosotros en esta ocasión nuestro último día mis suegros ya no quisieron ir lejos así que todo lo hicimos cerca y la ubicación del hotel nos ayudó , lo único malo es el desayuno solo tiene club sandwich, waffles,fruta ,café y agua pero te dan la opción de meter al refrigerador lo que tú quieras.

The rooms were quite alright and cleaned every day and the location was excellent, very close to city center and cenote Zaci. Breakfast however did not work as we had expected: you had to order it the previous evening and there were not enough chairs for everything at the busiest period. There was not enough staff to help with preparing more coffee and cleaning the tables.

Room was nice and clean. AC worked great, especially that it was 34C. Shower water never got hot. Breakfast was omlette (for me) and waffle for my daughter. Free tea and hot water and there is a fridge and microwave for guests to use. Pool was small but adequate for sunning and cooling off. It's a 2 minute walk to Cenote Zaci and 8 minute walk to the ADO bus station, so quite centrally located.

The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly. Great location, close to everything. The upstairs breakfast area has a great view. It was off-season so they were doing work, scraping the walls, but we also got a lower rate than usual I guess. I wouldn’t call it a “modern” hotel. It’s basic and needs updating, including fixing the pool, more comfortable pool furniture, and a more comfortable lounge area to hang out. Not like the pictures.

We liked the location and room and public spaces. Our main concern was the lack of warm and hot water for showers. That problem wasn’t resolved during our 5 day stay despite reporting it to the front desk.

Notre chambre (la 1ere au RDC) était très sombre car la fenêtre donnait sur un couloir. La SDB avait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La clim faisait un bruit infernale. Le petit déjeuner etait très long à être préparé et peu copieux. Le mur au dessus d'1 des lits était tout craquelé certainement à cause de l'humidité.Seul point positif de cet hôtel : sa localisation

I stayed here with my family for three nights and all of us loved it for various reasons. The common areas and rooms are very clean with upgraded interior details such as ceiling fans in every room and the much needed AC unit, light filtering window shades, wooden doors, upscale toilet, sink and shower fixtures. We loved the pool, small and cozy but refreshing. But what stole our hearts was the breakfast which was included in the room rate!!! Amazingly, it is not just coffee and pastries but actual, delicious, homemade meals. We each had a different plate: chilaquiles, enchiladas, omelettes, waffles and fruit. It was sooo good!! That alone should convince you to stay here, but if you need more convincing, there is a cute resident turtle roaming around :-) The location is so central: 5 mins walking distance to the main plaza, the cenote Zaci and also to the calzada de Los frailes. Without question, we’d stay here again. I HIGHLY recommend this lovely boutique hotel.
