Muy cerca del centro, la atención fue rápida y amables

This is an adorable hotel close to restaurants, cenote Zaci, the church and plaza for sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was good. The rooftop dining for breakfast and the churroeria were very cute and modern. The small from the shower drains was bad and one room had no drain cover. We requested one twice from two different front desk attendants but never got one. The showers were very cold in both rooms in the morning and evening. We never did get a drop of warm water in either room even though we tried different times of day and letting it run for a very long time to warm up first… the front desk just said yes they knew about it and sorry.

Close to downtown, parking if your lucky on the street otherwise it’s a few blocks away.

Lovely, well kept hotel within quick walking distance (3 or 4 minutes) to the center of town. Friendly staff and breakfast provided inside or on the top floor terrace.

I reserved 3 rooms for a week. The hotel is conveniently located, being close to the central parc and its church (on which a nice video projection was made some evenings on the history of the region). The breakfast is really good and filling (there is a menu with different options: chilaquiles, enchiladas, eggs with ham and toasts, fruits with yogourt, waffles). The staff is attentive to our requests (on how best to get somewhere for example) and is very patient with our limited spanish. Note that they do speak english. We used Valladolid as the center of our little excursions (Merida, Chichen Itza, various cenotes and Rio Lagartos). Valladolid is to visit on foot and the road transportation system (ADO buses, taxis/collectivos) made it possible to reach our destinations. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Hotel Margaret is situated just a few blocks from the center which is great, to walk. The hotel has a modern flare from the outside and has been recently refurnished. It is small. The room was clean, simple. It had a very small tv and mini fridge which we didn't mind because of our short stay. Breakfast was ncluded. They have a menu with a few options to select from the day before, including enchiladas or chilaquiles or waffles or eggs your way. It was tasty. The property has a pool we didn't use. There's no elevator, so if you don't travel light you may have to carry the luggage upstairs.

Everything was okay, but I would not refer others to this hotel. For basic price it is okay. Parking was challenging, we had to drive around to find street parking as the lot near them had closed by 10 pm. It is in a great location to the square. Right around the corner is a wonderful breakfast cafe too.

Atendimento incrível (principalmente por Axel, na recepção). Hotel muito bem localizado, camas muito confortáveis, cheiroso, chuveiro bom, sem o que dizer! Adoramos e ficamos com vontade de esticar mais um dia nossa estadia em Valladolid. A copa para chás, cafés e água foi muito útil.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención por parte del personal, cuartos de buen tamaño.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y por más que se quiera evitar el ruido se escucha al Abrir o cerrar puestas de otras habitaciones. Difieren mucho las habitaciones de la que tienen con área de descanso y salida a la Alberca. Es la única habitación agradable

Bonito amplio moderno y justo lo que necesitaba para mí familia
