La atención fue excelente , súper atento el personal , la habitación aún más bonita de lo que se describe y con una limpieza increíble . La zona muy buena también cercana a varios puntos y buena opción para salir a caminar con la familia .

Room was spotless. Service was friendly and competent. Concierges were knowledgeable and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good as was the service.

Servizio eccellente. Ottima colazione, posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Non è Polanco ma è molto più autentica.

Beautiful hotel, all decorated for the holidays. Room was great. All staff were extremely accommodating. Complementary breakfast was outstanding.

Para ser el St. Regis de CDMX deja mucho que desear la habitación pues el baño le falta Mtto. Y creo que si estaba el hotel en remodelación debería de haber avisado a los huéspedes ya que empezó a taladrar a las 9 am… pésimo

Service at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not meet five-star expectations. The concierge and front desk were unresponsive and lacked follow-through, from ticket requests to basic room needs. While apologies were offered, no real solutions were provided. The cleaning staff were excellent, but overall there are far better hotels in this category in Mexico City.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast had many options, although high-end fruits such as mango, passion fruits were not provided. There was no juice/smoothy station and no omelette station, although servers could bring items upon request. Toaster was old-styled with difficulty to retrieve bread. Some room amenities were dated. For instance, curtain needs to be pulled (not automated), bed-side lamps are outdated with hard switches. Bathroom and toilet doors hinder the access to wash basin. Location of hotel is at a crowded crossing and downstairs cafe was exorbitantly expensive. Restaurants didn't have a dress code and some customers showed up for breakfast in filthy outfits. Overall, hotel is exorbitantly priced for the service we received.

We had an excellent stay. Staff is awesome, they remember your face, name , where you were touring etc. general manager was so delightful, helpful with information and suggestions , we enjoyed our conversations with him Hotel had a champagne sabre event with appetizers in the lobby that was lovely

From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage. And restaurant and spa are must visit
