The room was fine, but the check in experience was not great. I had reached out several times in advance because I had not received the "promised" check in instructions in advance. Finally, I received a note assuring me that I would be greeted by someone - I was not. When I called the person, she had no idea she as supposed to be there. There were no instructions and no info - until i called and asked for the wifi details and anything else I needed to know. It was a poor communication and follow-through.

Santiago was very helpful. Room was perfect for our stay and location couldn't have been better.

La habitación estuvo impecable, la ubicación del edificio es muy buena y siempre hay un guardia que está al pendiente de la llegada y la salida. El único pero que pondría es que no se me realizó la limpieza de la habitación y se escudaba mucho ruido en la madrugada asotando puertas o algo así, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

The room is like an apartment with a open concept dining room, living room, kitchenette. Bedroom has plenty of storage space and an inviting patio. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it especially the price. Great area to walk any time of day.

Estuve hospedado durante 3 noches y la verdad es que todo fue excelente. No tuvimos ningún problema con el alojamiento. El personal de recepción y los guardias siempre fueron muy amables. El anfitrión estuvo al pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y respondió rápidamente cada vez que lo contactamos por mensaje. Sin duda volveríamos, ya que la zona es tranquila y cuenta con varios lugares cercanos para comer y pasear.

El lugar está muy agradable, el cuarto muy amplio. Lo súper recomiendo.

El edifico está en perfectas condiciones y el personal es súper amable y atento. El cuarto es igual a las fotos que se enseñan y cuenta con todos los servicios que se ofertan. Gran lugar para quedarse y súper céntrico.

Nice property with a modern and chic vibe. Some quirky elements emerge as you settle in like electrical outlet placement, etc.

Stayed here for five days while visiting Mexico City and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. It was well-located, had good self-catering facilities including refrigerator and kitchen equipment, clean bathroom and shower, and a good terrace/balcony for communal use on the top floor. There are also lots of good cafes and grocery options within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to be aware of is that some of noise from the nearby busy highway can be heard (our apartment was in that direction), but not all apartments face that way and it isn't a massive problem unless you're a light sleeper.

I made a reservation for the same day and was denied access when I arrived. I attempted to cancel the reservation but was not allowed to. I had to make a reservation at another location. I and have attempted to contact the merchant and have had no success. I am currently being denied a refund due to the fact that the merchant is not answering any communication attempts.

Located in a lovely, quiet area in La Condesa. La Condesa is quiet, great for tourists, and walking distance to Roma Norte. We actually walked to El Centro, which is over one hour's walk, but Uber is a also great option that will get you anywhere in town.The building itself has 24-hour security, and the guard greeted us every time with a smile and a friendly hello. When we arrived, we were greeted by an attendant who showed us our suite and sent us links to the grocery store and a taqueria, at our request. We enjoyed the apartment (deluxe suite 404, for a six-night stay). Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics, and just about everything we needed. (A paring knife and pepper would have been nice.) The suite was stocked with extra paper towels and a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper. Note that the kitchen is hooked up to cold water only, so we'd get hot water from the bathroom to wash the dishes. There is plenty of hot water for the shower. The balcony was wonderful. There is a top floor common room, which looked cozy, and also a small fitness room (which we didn't use) that had a couple of treadmills and a stationary bike. We initially thought maid service would happen every day, but that wasn't the case, which we were fine with. You can request new towels at the front desk and they will promptly be delivered to your suite. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Mexico City.
