Espectacular

La vista, la comida , las habitaciones todo espectacular

The room was very nice: large space and sheets changed regularly. The dining options were very limited as the beach restaurant was a huge disappointment: the worst seafood in 3 weeks in Croatia/Montenegro and with a limited choice. The Lighthouse restaurant was better but still under par for a 5-star. Over $50 for a Campari and spaghetti dish is hardly value for money. The ice cream served by the restaurant was the size of an egg! Not even an ice cream scoop! The breakfast buffet was average. All in all, the stay was underwhelming but for a couple of staff who went the extra mile. Location is challenging without a car unless you are willing to spend $50 round trip on taxi to Kotor. The local bus was erratic: didn’t turn up at all one day.

Spa experience was disappointe

If I come to Kotor again I will definitely stay at this hotel . Spent 5 days here wonderful staff , spa , beautiful views from our room and great breakfast . Wanted to watch a football match not available on our tv in the room , they connected us to a cable tv station on the terrace … great pools for swimming also .. thank you to Hyatt Regency in Kotor

Everything was great from the min we arrived with an excellent welcome

Beautiful views and good hotel. Very overpriced for what the hotel is. We travel a lot and know what a hotel in that price point should sort of be like. We can’t say anything negative as we really used it to relax for 3 days. We spent our time at the beach most of the time as the pools were freezing. Staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. I will say you’re really paying for the views and the clean beach. Waking up to that view justifies the price in a way. Also very good water pressure.

Beautiful property right by the beach with great amenities. The staff provided excellent service.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family and offered amazing views across the bay. The hotel is modern, very well maintained, and set in a beautiful location. The pool and beach areas were excellent. They were always clean, never overcrowded, and we could easily find sunbeds whenever we needed them. The staff around the pool area were particularly kind and really looked after us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxed. While there is not much going on for children, we really enjoyed the peaceful setting and slower pace. Food and drinks at the hotel were very expensive, even compared to some of the top restaurants in Port Montenegro. Although the location is stunning, it is a little out of the way. You will need a taxi to reach Kotor or Port Montenegro for dinner, which typically costs between 20 and 30 euros each way. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The only negative was that the reception and concierge staff were often distracted by their phones, and other staff walked past guests in the corridors without so much as a greeting.

The property is managed by an army of interns, well meaning but not what you expect from a quality property. Poor service, inflexible options at restaurants ( can’t swap a sauce in pasta), average food quality. Normally a 5 star property is more flexible in restaurants/ cater to vegetarians, but when all you have is interns I guess they have to follow a cookie cutter approach

My stay would have been good apart from the last night - a Sunday where the hotel has decided to allow an outdoor wedding at the pool area. Right in front of the pool view rooms - which we had paid extra for - they had very very loud hard core tech music being played until after midnight- I was not warned about this at check in - if I had been I would have asked for a different room as with an early start on Monday I got about 4 hours sleep

Le personnel est très gentil mais l’hôtel n’est pas un vrai 5 étoiles. Nous avons été déçu sur la propreté et l’entretien. L’hôtel reçoit des groupes et nous coupe l’accès à certains espaces et il y eu plusieurs fêtes bruyantes pendant notre séjour.

Genel olarak güzeldi fakat hizmet beklediğimizin altında kaldı. Herhalde aşırı yoğun bir dönemine denk geldik.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny!
