Un hôtel fort bien placé au centre de Gueliz mais a 45 minutes a pied ou 30 Drs en Taxi aller et idem retour. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et fort agréable mais l'hôtel est vieux, très vieux, structure vieillotte c'est fort dommage et ca mérite d'être renouvelé car pour le prix de la chambre il y a beaucoup mieux a Marrakech.

Toujours un très bel accueil dans cet hôtel, le personnel est au top, tout est propre, le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. Les conditions géographiques sont optimum. À proximité de tout et loin du bruit et de la foule. Pas mal de petits restaurants autour ce qui est bien pratique. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel et je n’y changerai pour rien au monde.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, responsive and nice I must say. The hotel itself is not a four-star hotel I must say. The room was cold, an old portable element was all that worked, the air heat pump was broken, curtains were old etc. Towels were old too but clean though. The insulation does not exist and if you are a little sensitive to noise and traffic this hotel is not a choice. Overall is an OK hotel but not more than that. Breakfast was ok, almost close to everything too

A very nice stay, the staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good evey morning. The room was spacious and clean, but as I chose a room at the from of the hotel it was very noisy at night; this city doesn't sleep. I used the spa a couple of times, it was very friendly and the service was great. It was about a 40 minute walk to the old city, but there are taxis and buses avaliable. Why not five stars? Just the noisy room, but It am sure i could have changed for extra cost.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel by any stretch of imagination. Rooms are very basic. TV is minuscule. No small towels. Only shower gel and shampoo is available. Rooms are super noisy and can hear clearly all neighbors conversation thru the walls. Breakfast is less than desirable. Food with very low quality. Overall, this hotel should be rated 2 stars or less.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. The room overall was fine but the the bathroom was not as clean and as well kept as I would have expected. The breakfast was very limited and not tasty at all.

Hotel needs improvements, there was work going on at the hotel which made sleeping in day unbearable. At night there were people walking in the corridors. Overall not a comfy place. The only good thing is it's in Guilez. P.S. I go to Marrakech twice a year and have seen almost all hotels there.

The staff were not very welcoming. Every day was dull no good morning no good night no friendliness at all from staff. Breakfast was very limited and open from 6am but a lot of the time it was not set up that early.

Une caution de 100€ en cash nous a été demandé à l'arrivée. Ca n'était pas prévu ! Le parking est payant et non gratuit et le prix n'est pas fixé. Il semble qu'il y ait des ententes entre certaines personnes de la réception et d'autres pour les frais de navette. Il serait bien que les prix soient affichés à la réception pour éviter toute confusion. Très bon prtit déjeuner

Nice property, little dated, needs some upgrading. Swimming pool area was nice with an attendant in situ. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great as there were many shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stop was just outside which takes you to the town centre for 4 dirham. Main difficulty i had was with the Expedia. The website clearly said that the breakfast was included but hotel said the booking was for room only. On the website there was no choice of with breakfast or without breakfast. So be aware when you book through Expedia. On contacting Expedia they were not able to help
