The staff here are outstanding! Every one of them is courteous, pleasant and helpful.

Staff were excellent. Front desk, cleaning staff, general help and the restaurant staff were all exemplary. They made sure our stay was comfortable. The common areas and the rooftop view area was nice. The room was nice and clean. The double bed was too small for a couple. Showers did not have adequate blockage. Sprayed and everywhere when taking a shower. No body lotion or slippers were provided. Storage space for soiled clothes was limited.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Ksar Anika Hotel. Das Hotel ist traumhaft schön und das Person unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Am Tag unserer Abreise bekamen wir sogar eine süsse Tasche mit Lunch für unterwegs. Da für uns der Weg ins Zentrum am Abend im Dunkeln eher mit Stress verbunden war mit unserer 6-jährigen Tochter (die Gehwege sind sehr schmal, teils nicht vorhanden und der Verkehr enorm) haben wir drei Abendessen im Hotel genossen, welche mit Abstand die besten Mahlzeiten unseres ganzen Marokko-Aufenthalts waren. Die lange Wartezeit (für Europäer wirklich sehr lange) lohnt sich. Dennoch würde ich hier dem Hotel den Tipp geben, wenigstens etwas Fladenbrot mit Oliven/-öl oder sonst etwas zu servieren, weil es doch sehr lange ist, wenn man hungrig warten muss. Ansonsten kann ich wirklich nichts bemängeln.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service and traditional breakfast was very tasty. Had an amazing time. The convenience of having hammam and massage within the hotel made our tip extra special.

Five star staff all the way, so helpful and courteous, beautiful Riad, we had a large room with comfy bed. Enjoyed a Hamman-would recommend it for a new experience. Staff gave us sandwiches, fruit and some of their home made shampoo on departure, such a lovely surprise. Location was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay, the room was spotless, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Super vriendelijke ontvangst met thee en koekjes. Iedereen van onthaal, restaurant en onderhoud iedereen doet zijn best om er een super verblijf van te maken. Mooi hotel aan de rand van de drukke Medina alles goed te voet te doen. Na drukke dag kom je binnen in een oase van rust. Kamer elke dag kraakproper + vers fruit en dadels, heerlijk. Bij ons vertrek kregen we nog een zakje mee met voor elk een sandwich en vers fruit voor onderweg.

We had a great time in Marrakech and the hotel played a big part in this. It was lovely to be greeted with refreshments on our arrival and personal attention from Ahmed who deserves a special mention as he was very attentive and laughed at my jokes. The going away present and packed lunch was such a lively touch.

Tout était exceptionnel ! De loin le meilleur hôtel où nous avons séjourné ! Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses, calmes, propres. Le riad est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon, on s'est régalé ! L'équipe et leur accueil était parfait, beaucoup de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour inoubliable. Merci a toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons c'est sur! On ne peux que recommander !
