We slept in a nomad tent, the room itself is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The facilities are great, we really enjoyed cooling down in the pool, everything was clean and the food at the restaurant was amazing! We also had a hammam as a couple and it was very relaxing, definitely recommend their spa. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Overall we felt super relaxed and it was nice to have this little oasis to get away from the busy city. There are only a couple of small downsides. One was that the bathroom was outdated and could do with a bit of renovation. However the shower was actually really good pressure and temperature. Another thing to note is that it was around 39 to 40 degrees during the day, which is great for a holiday, but the tent gets extremely hot and stuffy due to the material, and it only has a fan to cool down. I think the tents would be great for cooler weather while probably the bedrooms with aircon is better for the summer, but we still enjoyed the experience. The hotel is also not very close to the city (which is why we chose it), but we booked ubers (cheaper than taxis and no cash needed) quiet easily to and from the city and we also took the bus into town a few times which was less than £1 and only a 10 min walk from the hotel. The clean air at the hotel and relaxing environment makes it worth it as the city can be very busy and overwhelming sometimes as tourists.

Tres jolie et reposant, seul bémol que je mettrais c est le petit dejeuner pain confiture boisson, il manque du salé. La restauration tout est bon ! J etais dans les cabanon tente, tres bien hors saison car en haute saison je pense qu'on ettouferai , il y a quand meme un ventilateur mais sous 40degres voir plus ca ne suffirai pas. Jai passé une super semaine detente. Piscine incroyable Je recommande meme si c est loin du centre le taxi n est pas chère donc tres rentable et mieux que d etre dans un riad au centre finalement.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement et avons été très déçus. La chambre n’était pas propre du tout, on avait l’impression qu’un simple coup de balai avait été passé avant notre arrivée. Je n’ai rarement vu un endroit aussi sale, avec en plus de la moisissure. Les nuits ont été très compliquées, il faisait extrêmement froid et l’isolation est inexistante. Nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait à côté : les conversations, même les chuchotements, la chasse d’eau, les bruits du quotidien, et même les ronflements. Sans oublier les courses de motos la nuit, avec un bruit très dérangeant. Concernant le restaurant, dès le premier repas, j’ai été déçue. J’avais commandé des briques, et en croquant dedans, je suis tombée sur quelque chose de congelé. Lorsque je l’ai signalé, on m’a confirmé que c’était bien du surgelé. De plus, le personnel femme du restaurant n’est pas du tout aimable et donne clairement l’impression de ne pas apprécier les touristes. Enfin, un point qui nous a particulièrement choqués : la présence de chiens errants devant l’hôtel. L’un d’eux est même entré dans l’établissement, et une employée s’est mise à lui jeter des cailloux. We enjoyed staying in the tent for a couple of nights for a peaceful Marrakech stay. It is a lovely place if you have a car. The animals were friendly - lots of dogs, cats, horses, birds, nature. There is a shop and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Pool and hot tub aren't open this time of year. Towels would have been nicer If they were bigger and staff didn’t clean or change towels while we stayed.

Probably the worst resort/hotel in the whole wide Marrakech. Outside premises are all good no issue there, rooms are very dirty (everything from bedsheet to blanket to shower and poor lightings) no kettle no milk no tea no room facilities. Nobody here speaks English. Every evening & night when reception shift changes you struggle with the uncle who can’t even speak basic English. He can’t even speak numbers 1-2-3-4 anything when you mention something about TIME. They don’t have extra towels, your old ones go for cleaning and you get new by evening. If you’re not home that day you can’t get new towels because you missed giving back your used ones. In their restaurant too nobody speaks basic English simply horrible experience what planet we’re living in? Stonehenge era?

The accomodation is itself amazing, kept super clean all the times, it has all the amenities required and also has a mini shop at site. They also provide taxi services to city centres both ways and also airport shuttle at minimal prices. they also have a restaurant facing the amazing swimming pool. oh my god what food they serve, the taste of the food is so amazing as compared to outside restaurants, etc. there is also a cactus garden nearby and it needs reservation so we were unable to go. but there is also a beautiful waterpark with amazing slides just 5 minutes from the accomodation. the staff is always friendly , helpful and wecoming. I love it and i would recommend it to everyone arriving in morocco.

If I could rate this hotel negative stars, I would. Starting with neutral and positive points: - Some of the staff were absolutely lovely. It's a shame I don't speak French or Arabic as most of them don't speak English, but we managed to make it work. - The 'hotel' is located quite far out from the city which makes it expensive to get a taxi back when you've gone into the city. They do offer a taxi service which can take you into the city for 100 MAD per ride which is convenient but definitely adds up quickly. Can't speak on their services taking you back to the 'hotel'. On to the negatives: - As stated previously, the majority of the staff and guests didn't speak English. Of course, Morocco is a French-speaking country but, if we had known the 'hotel' was primarly geared towards French speakers, we likely would have chosen a different place as it made communication extremely difficult. Avoid this place at all costs :)!

This is an ideal property for kids, but the conveyance to the main city everyday will cost around £20 one way. We didn’t get a tissue refill for our 3 days stay and since we were out the whole day, we couldn’t ask at the reception too. I felt the food options in the restaurant is limited too.

Tres jolie et reposant, seul bémol que je mettrais c est le petit dejeuner pain confiture boisson, il manque du salé. La restauration tout est bon ! J etais dans les cabanon tente, tres bien hors saison car en haute saison je pense qu'on ettouferai , il y a quand meme un ventilateur mais sous 40degres voir plus ca ne suffirai pas. Jai passé une super semaine detente. Piscine incroyable Je recommande meme si c est loin du centre le taxi n est pas chère donc tres rentable et mieux que d etre dans un riad au centre finalement.

We slept in a nomad tent, the room itself is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The facilities are great, we really enjoyed cooling down in the pool, everything was clean and the food at the restaurant was amazing! We also had a hammam as a couple and it was very relaxing, definitely recommend their spa. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Overall we felt super relaxed and it was nice to have this little oasis to get away from the busy city. There are only a couple of small downsides. One was that the bathroom was outdated and could do with a bit of renovation. However the shower was actually really good pressure and temperature. Another thing to note is that it was around 39 to 40 degrees during the day, which is great for a holiday, but the tent gets extremely hot and stuffy due to the material, and it only has a fan to cool down. I think the tents would be great for cooler weather while probably the bedrooms with aircon is better for the summer, but we still enjoyed the experience. The hotel is also not very close to the city (which is why we chose it), but we booked ubers (cheaper than taxis and no cash needed) quiet easily to and from the city and we also took the bus into town a few times which was less than £1 and only a 10 min walk from the hotel. The clean air at the hotel and relaxing environment makes it worth it as the city can be very busy and overwhelming sometimes as tourists.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement et avons été très déçus. La chambre n’était pas propre du tout, on avait l’impression qu’un simple coup de balai avait été passé avant notre arrivée. Je n’ai rarement vu un endroit aussi sale, avec en plus de la moisissure. Les nuits ont été très compliquées, il faisait extrêmement froid et l’isolation est inexistante. Nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait à côté : les conversations, même les chuchotements, la chasse d’eau, les bruits du quotidien, et même les ronflements. Sans oublier les courses de motos la nuit, avec un bruit très dérangeant. Concernant le restaurant, dès le premier repas, j’ai été déçue. J’avais commandé des briques, et en croquant dedans, je suis tombée sur quelque chose de congelé. Lorsque je l’ai signalé, on m’a confirmé que c’était bien du surgelé. De plus, le personnel femme du restaurant n’est pas du tout aimable et donne clairement l’impression de ne pas apprécier les touristes. Enfin, un point qui nous a particulièrement choqués : la présence de chiens errants devant l’hôtel. L’un d’eux est même entré dans l’établissement, et une employée s’est mise à lui jeter des cailloux. Nous attribuons tout de même deux étoiles pour les gardiens de nuit ainsi que pour les deux serveurs ( homme ) du restaurant, qui ont été très gentils et serviables. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.
