Riad Khabia

Although the riad is small, it was cute and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights in the Grand Suite for a family of four that includes two 6ft boys. Rooms were clean and beds were well set up and comfy. This Riad is super close to the main road that takes you to the Bahia palace. Due to this, transporting the luggage to the Riad was damn easy. Around 50 yards. A couple of small general stores closeby to buy water and other essentials if need. Breakfast was outstanding (served between 8:30 - 10:30). It was served to the table. Msemen with Olive oil and cheese and Shakshuka were SO GOOD. Khobz, Yogurt Orange juice and fruits were served along with coffee and hot milk. We got the Hammam and Massage done at the riad. Couple and my elder son(just massage). Hammam was terrific. Massage was OK. They have include mud bath as well in Hammam. Convenience of getting this service done in the Riad beats it compared to the higher end spas. It costed 160 euros. Staff were very friendly. They helped order pizza for dinner and also packed breakfast for us next day morning before getting onto the taxi to get to the airport at 6:15. Note: Due to plumbing issues, bathroom was smelly so we had to keep it closed from spreading rest of the suite. It started happening after our first use at midnight and we didn't complain until the morning as we were tired from our 3-day sahara tour. That was the only reason, I cut a star otherwise this could have easily scored a 5-star.

Incredibly hospitable and polite staff. Very welcoming, eager to assist in every single one of our queries. I would have like the Riad to be a bit cleaner, it was sub-par for my standards but it was something that did not compromise the overall experience from our stay. We would surely return here.

Thank you all for the most relaxing and comfortable stay. A truly traditional Moroccan experience with character and personal touches. The hammam and couples massage were simply divine. We are home now but already planning our return. Thank you endlessly

The staff was amazing and helped us with any questions we had and even arranged airport transportation and allowed us to check in early. Beautiful Riad.

Location - Close to all the attractions yet far from all the noise

The location is perfect to walk to any of the main tourist attractions, Souks, Medina, and a local shopping square. The staff and hospitality was fantastic. They can help you arrange anything. The quantity and quality of food at breakfast was ridiculously good. The spa treatment I received from Sahara was unbelievable. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was my first experience on a Riad, it was great experience since we checked in until we left. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the place was classic but clean and the breakfast was fresh and testy. Thank you Rachid and Hassan for making us feel home❤️

The staff were exceptional, the Riad itself is one of the best accommodations I’ve personally stayed in. I recommend this property to anyone interested. The staff went above and beyond ! The Riad is a 2 minute walk away from Tinsmiths square and about 15 minutes away from Jemaa El Fnaa square.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We were well looked after. The beds were so confortable and clean. We tried Moroccan hammam and it was fantastics! I will definitely be back.

Le Riad est très calme et reposant. La proximité avec les lieux touristiques et le souk est un avantage. Il y a également de quoi faire quelques courses juste en bas de la rue. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. Le petit déjeuné et le repas (en supplément) sont très bons. Seul petit défaut est l'isolation sonore. En effet nous avions la chambre à côté de la piscine et de la salle de restaurant et nous étions parfois mal à l'aise quand à l'idée de faire du bruit. ( une fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas dans la salle de bain). Nous entendions également pas mal le bruit des autres chambres. Mais à part ce petit détail, nous conseillons ce Riad sans hésitation!

This is a great property for something different with a true Moroccan experience. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety.

Bel établissement tenu par des jeunes, qui offrent un accueil chaleureux. Cadre typique et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter la ville et pas très loin de l’aéroport. Chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner assez copieux avec des spécialités locales. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

It was beyond amazing. A fabulous riad in Marrakesh. I loved everything about it.
