We were very pleased with our deluxe room. It was very big. The bathroom is perfect with one shower and one bathtub. The staff is friendly like all Burmese people. We ate restaurant once and it was really tasty. Only drawback may be its distance from mandalay palace and its surroundings but its closer to Mahmuni pagoda and U Bein Bridge.

I really recommend this hotel. Nice, very clean rooms, feeling safe, good internet, safety box and air condition, extremely helpfull staff. One of the best foot refloxologies i have ever had in the spa downstairs, very much needed after walking from pagoda to pagoda in 38 c degrees. If you are not afraid of chaotic traffic, you can use hotel's bikes, it's about 4 kms to main attractions and taxis are rather expensive in Myanmar.

The hotel is so dirty and the rooms are smelled. The carpet is dirtier than public restroom. I didn't have breakfast there due to the cleaning issues. I wish i could give it 0 star. The only good thing to say is the staffs from the parking lot. They are super nice.

夜、シャワーを浴びたときは、ぬるかったがお湯が出たのに、朝は全くお湯が出ず水浴びとなってしまった。 いくら暑い国だとはいえ、冷房に効いた部屋で水浴びはしたくない。 部屋は広くて清潔だし、従業員も親切なんだけど、設備面は最低。 朝食も今ひとつ。

It was just a short one night stay. The hotel is quite old but the service was not too bad. We did not go anywhere or went out to see the surrounding. Our main purpose is to see relatives and they came to hotel where we had dinner in the restaurant within the hotel.

The hotel is so dirty and the rooms are smelled. The carpet is dirtier than public restroom. I didn't have breakfast there due to the cleaning issues. I wish i could give it 0 star. The only good thing to say is the staffs from the parking lot. They are super nice.

夜、シャワーを浴びたときは、ぬるかったがお湯が出たのに、朝は全くお湯が出ず水浴びとなってしまった。 いくら暑い国だとはいえ、冷房に効いた部屋で水浴びはしたくない。 部屋は広くて清潔だし、従業員も親切なんだけど、設備面は最低。 朝食も今ひとつ。

We were very pleased with our deluxe room. It was very big. The bathroom is perfect with one shower and one bathtub. The staff is friendly like all Burmese people. We ate restaurant once and it was really tasty. Only drawback may be its distance from mandalay palace and its surroundings but its closer to Mahmuni pagoda and U Bein Bridge.

I really recommend this hotel. Nice, very clean rooms, feeling safe, good internet, safety box and air condition, extremely helpfull staff. One of the best foot refloxologies i have ever had in the spa downstairs, very much needed after walking from pagoda to pagoda in 38 c degrees. If you are not afraid of chaotic traffic, you can use hotel's bikes, it's about 4 kms to main attractions and taxis are rather expensive in Myanmar.

It was just a short one night stay. The hotel is quite old but the service was not too bad. We did not go anywhere or went out to see the surrounding. Our main purpose is to see relatives and they came to hotel where we had dinner in the restaurant within the hotel.

レストランで食べたカニスープがあたって 、二人が大変な目に遭いました。次の日帰国だったので、なんとか帰ってきましたが、途中も嘔吐や下痢で大変でした。 なお、ホテル側はこの事情を知らないのですが、朝からフロントで座り込むメンバーに、すぐに車イスを持ってきてくれるなど、総じてサービスは良かったです。

Stayed here with friends for one night while we were exploring Mandalay. (Don't miss the mustache brothers show!) Pros: Very friendly staff - sweet and eager to help. Amazing espresso! Nice-sized rooms Free breakfast buffet Complimentary fruit plate Cons: Noisy - both street noise and the folks walking around above me kept me up. Not near most attractions Leaky toilet in bathroom Hard bed

Extremely helpful staff made this trip a great experience. In Myanmar, the hotel arranges the tours and travel bookings due to language issues. Great Wall Staff were very helpful.
