Staff was beyond what can be expected. Courteous, smiling and pleasant to deal with. Hotel well managed with attention to details from handling immigration papers to boat shuttle and land transport from the pier to the resort. Our previous trips to Victoria Cliff have always been enjoyable and relaxing. From sunrise to sunset we have never been deceived by the view. Perfect location to be pampered.

Access to the resort from Thailand is quite difficult. Clearing immigration on Thai and Myanmar sides were lengthy procedures. The crossing from Ranong to Kawthung requires 4 control checks before reaching destination. For old people getting in and out of longtail boats can be quite arduous. Asian guests with children are very noisy. They run in the hallways, slam the doors and speak loudly whatever the time of day and night. It seems parents have no control on their kids behaviour. Buffet for breakfast were well appointed with excellent service. Food quality for dinner was average. We expected better choice and taste. Otherwise the resort is very well located, rooms with balcony well kept with mini-bar well stocked. Sunsets are somptuous. Staff is dedicated to make your stay the best possible.

Great view of Andaman sea from dining area, pond in center with visitors (swans), good walking trail No hot shower, worse it was raining during that time. Called 3 times before buggie came to pick us from our rooms, power point location not conducive for boiling water. some prayer chanting throughout the night thus unable to sleep

A lovely property perched on cliff above the sea with a sprawling garden. Best property by far in Kaw Thung. There are two pools to choose from, a small one overlooking the ocean and another larger one tucked in the garden with a spa. The latter is open to non guests for a few but no too crowded. Not much to do in the town expected hopping boats to the islands. Recommend visiting Maliwan waterfalls and natural swimming holes. The park is run by this Victoria Cliff company. It’s a great way to pass a day in the area.

連泊しているのに清掃時間が長く部屋で充分休めなかった。 夜蚊が出てきて非常に困った。 スタッフはフレンドリーで警備も充分であり安心して過ごすことが出来ました。

we stayed after our Mergui trip again in this great hotel with superb infinity pool, service and breakfast. we took a ocean view villa and it was very spacious and nice bed/balcony/.. but no moskito net and the construction next to the eating was not so nice...

we had a great stay! nice welcoming and staff! perfect infinity pool with drinks. dinner and the terrace (sadly with some construction noise nearby). very clean and spacious Hotel Room with Oceanview and good WiFi. Very sadly no moskito nets. great breakfast

Enjoyed a pleasant suite overlooking the sea and estuary very relaxing spacious room .Wifi variable but adequate to check emails .Look forward to a return trip .

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and very cheerful. Since the booking got mixed up, they up graded us to a suite!

This hotel location is good for Kawtawung sightseeing. It has nice viewing restaurant and luxuary lobby. Internet speed is Amazing in Myanmar. Free breakfast buffet is almost burmese food. There are some aunts around food corner on the table. However egg station is good. You can choose some style of egg. It tastes nice.
