เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ทำเลที่ตั้งดี แม้เราจะเข้าพักในวันหยุดราชการ พนักงานพยายามติดต่อรถเช่าให้เรา พนักงานช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่

Meget venlige og imødekommende personale. Vi følte os absolut godt behandlet. Men der var kakerlakker på værelset.

Un accueil correct. Une grande chambre, mais tapis très sale. Douche sans pression et difficile à faire fonctionner; de plus l'eau s'écoule sur le plancher par manque de finition. Les matelas très durs. Le déjeuner très ordinaire; café instant seulement.

Breakfast was devoid of Australasian content and English labels. Desk staff had trouble with English and said Yes to everything.

Nice clean hotel. Area didn't have much going on though only a five minute walk to night markets (mostly fake merchandise and not too many local crafts).

Staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Was very accommodating to check me in early (4am!) as I took an overnight bus that arrived in the early morning. Hotel dining is good value-for-money, especially since almost all of Mandalay is shut down early in the evening and is quite difficult for tourists to find food outside of the hotels. Room is clean and well-maintained. Shower facility is great! Try their massage service too... The Burmese style.

The staff was incredibly nice and even boxed us a breakfast to go for our early morning departure (an hour before their breakfast time started). Very helpful in organizing a morning taxi for us to the airport with a stop for sunrise at U-BEIN bridge. Rooms were adequate and had a refrigerator with cold drinks and many complementary toiletries.

I chose the the better style of a room, big in size and had a nicer view. The hotel management was very helpful when handling our iPad keyboard which we left behind. The found it and were ready to post it by the only sensible option (expensive) DHL but eventually I managed to get a friend to collect it on her way.

淋浴熱水不足，水力亦不夠，酒店按摩服務差劣

들어가자마자 한국말 할줄아는 직원이 지나치게 말을 걸어와 처음에는 친절으로 받아들였지만 팁을 원하는 눈치더군요. 그걸 떠나서 투어 신청하는데 환율을 지나치게 비싸게 책정해서 첫번째로 어이가 없었고, 결정적이었던건 떠나는날 공항 가려고 택시를 예약했는데 아침일찍 비행기라 시간 딱맞춰 예약했건만 시간도 안 지켜서 똥줄 타고, 가격도 예약했을때 얘기한거보다 1.5배는 비쌌습니다. 그나마 2천원 깎긴했는데 거기거 오케이 안하면 너무 늦어질까봐 울며겨자먹기로 그냥 탔습니다. 호텔에서 그런걸로 금전적인 약속 어기고 뒤통수 치는건 처음겪는 일이라 신선했어요.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Very nice staff, great food in the restaurant for breakfast, good selection in minibar fridge. Comfortable and big bed the bathroom was very clean and nice! Only thing is I wish the WiFi was faster.

It happened to be in a more quiet area, west of the city near the Market named Zay Gyo. At night, there's a night market but wasn't too busy the days I was there. Mostly indian population close by so you get some Chai tea and Nan coffee and restaurants close by. Its about 6-8 blocks walk to 76th street / 30th street where there are more nicer restaurants.

This Hotel is in a pretty good, central location, close to a lot of good food places, it's also the cleanest hotel I stayed in while in Myanmar. However, the room we got was right next to a mosque so we got woken up every morning by the prayer call and at night there was a super load music coming from a bar/club next door so we ended up having a very limited sleep window. Also, staff doesn't speak much English which makes arranging trips and transportation quite challenging. Ps. If you are after a hotel with an easy access to the palace, please note that the entry is all the way on the other side of the square (approx. 5 km walk from the hotel).

Nous avions reservé 5 nuits 4 jrs qui était beaucoup trop.3 jrs suffisent.point négatif de Mandalay Il est très difficile de trouver un resto convenable. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Location is very good

Haben 3 Nächte verbracht. Suite im 6 Stock hat schöne Aussicht. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück asiatisch und nicht spektakulär . Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit für Touren etc Wifi hat nur in der Lobby und im Restaursnt funktioniert. Strassen am Abend dunkel wie in Asien üblich

The room was ok except the toilet has an awful dampness smell. It rather bad that we have to keep the toilet door shut all the time. There's not shelf provided at the shower area and we have to lay our shampoo and other body stuffs on the floor.

因我早上８點已經到達酒店，而酒店員工特別為我們加快整理及清潔房間，好讓我們的６間客房馬上能CHECK-IN入住，他們非常樂意及不收任何額外費用，為此我感到非常滿意，酒店的設施是有點老舊，但還算温馨，性價比整體算不錯，誠意推介给打算住一两日及節約旅費的人仕。
