The hotel was lovely. The bar was super nice and the staff there were very helpful and so kind. The gentleman with the Australian accent was phenomenal (I didn’t catch his name). The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal cruises. Also just down the road from the Red Light distrtict. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and excellent hotel.

The room size was very big. The location was perfect to access the tourist area, given that our stay was for less than 24 hrs, as it was an extended stay over for a connection. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber recht teuer. Frühstück kostet extra. Das Zimmer war im vierten Stock neben einem Gerät, das jede 30 Sekunden sehr laut an-und ausging. Auch in der Nacht. Das war ungemein störend.

The hotel was lovely. The bar was super nice and the staff there were very helpful and so kind. The gentleman with the Australian accent was phenomenal (I didn’t catch his name). The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal cruises. Also just down the road from the Red Light distrtict. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and excellent hotel.

The room size was very big. The location was perfect to access the tourist area, given that our stay was for less than 24 hrs, as it was an extended stay over for a connection. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in art’otel Amsterdam. Alles was perfect in orde en volledig naar wens. Het hotel is modern, stijlvol en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De ligging is echt een enorme troef: op wandelafstand van talloze eetgelegenheden, leuke winkels en het openbaar vervoer letterlijk om de hoek. Ideaal om de stad te verkennen zonder gedoe. De kamers waren comfortabel en rustig, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de algemene sfeer in het hotel is aangenaam en ontspannen.

Upon arrival, we were not given any information regarding the pool and spa facilities, including their opening and closing times. Additionally, the valet service initially delivered an incorrect vehicle instead of ours; however, this was handled courteously, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks offered as a gesture of goodwill.

Wonderful room with plenty of space and storage. Windows and full a/c and heat always made for a comfortable temperature. Fantastic sized bathroom with rainfall shower and separate toilet. Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities and incredible onsite restaurant.

The glass door on the bathroom didn’t close, so there was not enough privacy. The bathroom needs to be a separate room with a door. The route to the pool/sauna didn’t make sense as you will be passing through the restaurant.

The room was clean and quiet. Loved the size and functionality of the TV set, and the ability to cast from my device. The staff was "amazing" and the restaurant was very good as well. Plus, the location is very convenient to Amsterdam Centraal Station and the central walking area.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber recht teuer. Frühstück kostet extra. Das Zimmer war im vierten Stock neben einem Gerät, das jede 30 Sekunden sehr laut an-und ausging. Auch in der Nacht. Das war ungemein störend.
