The hotel was absolutely gorgeous - my room had everything I needed and anything I didn’t have they were happy to provide. All the staff were extremely helpful and I’d like to thank Victor and Sasha in particular as they checked me in (sorry if I misspelled your names!). The little 24/7 shop they have in the hotel was perfect and very handy after I got back from the Harry Styles concert and needed some snacks. There are bus, tram and metro stops all within a couple minutes walk and made it so easy to get around - it was about 30 minutes to the airport and about 30 minutes to the city centre. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking. Thank you so much :)

We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end of our trip. It’s an outstanding hotel very clean very nice. There’s a restaurant and then a spa which is included so you can use the steam room, sauna and the swimming pool. They also have other services like massages that you can pay extra for. Very friendly and helpful stuff. I woulddefinitely recommend it.

I feel compelled to leave a negative review due to the unsafe facilities and poor service during my stay. • Unsafe Bathroom Lighting System The bathroom motion-sensor lights kept switching off during my shower, twice within the first five minutes, and then increasingly faster. I had to step out and make large movements to turn them back on. With water flooding the bathroom floor, this created a serious slipping hazard, especially for elderly guests. • Poor Housekeeping Housekeeping made the bed but left the wet bathroom floor untouched. Bottled water was also replenished inconsistently. • Broken Amenities Ignored The shower soap dispenser was broken and clearly separated, yet housekeeping left it exactly the same after cleaning. • Poor Front Desk Service No toothbrush was provided. Reception said delivery would take 15 minutes, but nothing arrived after 30 minutes. I was told only one staff member was available, yet two staff were later seen chatting at reception. • Lack of Basic Hotel Knowledge Front desk staff gave incorrect information about breakfast hours, pricing, and discounts, and had to be corrected by a colleague. Overall, the stay was unsafe, stressful, and far below the standard expected of a four-star hotel and Marriott Bonvoy property.

When we arrived we were checked in quite quickly even thou it was before check in time..that was lovely as we were very tired from an all nite flight and we slept right away for about 8 hrs…the beds were very comfortable. The room was a half descent size and the bathroom was a large! However, they had a notice by the door that the rooms would not be cleaned or replenished for the two days we were staying there. We didn’t mind the bed not being changed but coffee and towels were the problem…anyway..overall the the huge price we paid the service was not there..the pool area was lovely thou and we enjoyed a nice swim the second day we were there!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. Very easy to get into central station via the station down the road and great location. Very accommodating to accessibility, staff offered us an accessible room and very easy to get around. Room was very clean and modern. Would stay again, thank you.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had in Amsterdam — and we visit the city every three months. From the moment we arrived, the experience was negative. We asked for early check-in. Our friends had arrived just one hour before us and were given a room without any issue. However, when we arrived, we were told it was impossible. I was very unwell at the time, and despite the hotel having many rooms, no alternative or solution was offered. I had to ask for a plastic bag to be sick in the lobby and sit there waiting for a room to become available. Meanwhile, new guests were arriving and, after speaking to reception, were being sent directly to the elevators with room keys. It was clear that rooms were being assigned. The receptionist (I believe her name was Sofia or Sonia) did not help us at all. My husband then spoke to another staff member who had not been there initially — and suddenly, a room was immediately available. This inconsistency is unacceptable. The following morning, there was no hot water in our room. No compensation, no apology gesture, no discount — nothing. For the price of the room, this is simply unacceptable. The spa access costs €40 per day — and this is charged whether you use it or not. This was not clearly explained. Additionally, plastic slippers cost €8 (one-time purchase). These extra charges significantly increase the final price of the stay. Breakfast is advertised at €19 but actually costs €25. We would not recommend!

I feel compelled to leave a negative review due to the unsafe facilities and poor service during my stay. • Unsafe Bathroom Lighting System The bathroom motion-sensor lights kept switching off during my shower, twice within the first five minutes, and then increasingly faster. I had to step out and make large movements to turn them back on. With water flooding the bathroom floor, this created a serious slipping hazard, especially for elderly guests. • Poor Housekeeping Housekeeping made the bed but left the wet bathroom floor untouched. Bottled water was also replenished inconsistently. • Broken Amenities Ignored The shower soap dispenser was broken and clearly separated, yet housekeeping left it exactly the same after cleaning. • Poor Front Desk Service No toothbrush was provided. Reception said delivery would take 15 minutes, but nothing arrived after 30 minutes. I was told only one staff member was available, yet two staff were later seen chatting at reception. • Lack of Basic Hotel Knowledge Front desk staff gave incorrect information about breakfast hours, pricing, and discounts, and had to be corrected by a colleague. Overall, the stay was unsafe, stressful, and far below the standard expected of a four-star hotel and Marriott Bonvoy property.

When we arrived we were checked in quite quickly even thou it was before check in time..that was lovely as we were very tired from an all nite flight and we slept right away for about 8 hrs…the beds were very comfortable. The room was a half descent size and the bathroom was a large! However, they had a notice by the door that the rooms would not be cleaned or replenished for the two days we were staying there. We didn’t mind the bed not being changed but coffee and towels were the problem…anyway..overall the the huge price we paid the service was not there..the pool area was lovely thou and we enjoyed a nice swim the second day we were there!

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous - my room had everything I needed and anything I didn’t have they were happy to provide. All the staff were extremely helpful and I’d like to thank Victor and Sasha in particular as they checked me in (sorry if I misspelled your names!). The little 24/7 shop they have in the hotel was perfect and very handy after I got back from the Harry Styles concert and needed some snacks. There are bus, tram and metro stops all within a couple minutes walk and made it so easy to get around - it was about 30 minutes to the airport and about 30 minutes to the city centre. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking. Thank you so much :)

We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end of our trip. It’s an outstanding hotel very clean very nice. There’s a restaurant and then a spa which is included so you can use the steam room, sauna and the swimming pool. They also have other services like massages that you can pay extra for. Very friendly and helpful stuff. I woulddefinitely recommend it.

Huone oli siisti, mutta siitä näkymä oli ankealle takapihalle. Henkilökunta oli vastaanotossa avulias mm. laskutuksen ongelmien selvittämisessä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas. Baari oli hyvä kokemus, ehdimme käyttää sitä ainoastaan yhden kerran.
