All good very pleasant stay

Hilton The Hague is such a wonder place to stay. Room decoration is modern yet business friendly. The environment surrounding the hotel provides lots of things to visit within walking distance. I definitely recommend it to business travellers.

Do not choose this hotel unless you are desperate. For this price range, you can find much better options. I had a list of 8 things that was wrong with my room and service. I gave the list to the receptionist and it made no difference what so ever.

I loved the breakfast. Great omelet made to order.

we waren tevreden alleen de doucheruimte is echt veel te klein zeker voor een 5* hotel en de dinerkaart vonden we ook niet heel erg uitgebreid, bedden waren uitstekend!

Frühstück sehr Basic. Wir standen 3 von 4 Tagen nicht auf der Frühstück inklusive Liste trotz Buchung eines Excutive Studios. Dies hat zu sehr unangenehmen Diskussionen geführt.

Hotel for the most part was sufficient for our needs. Location was ideal. Parking process (charges) for in and out privileges was not clear upon arrival. This should have been better explained. "You can park in the lot next to the hotel" was not enough as multiple charges were incurred without knowing that a day pass was needed and had to be done by myself. Unfortunately we ran into a sink issue when we arrived Friday evening that was could not resolved until the next day - the staff should have detected this when our room was being prepared. And for a hotel of Hilton's reputation, this is unacceptable. Many people attempted to correct the problem and all were cordial with the exception of the last gentleman from the night staff who was a little rude and said that "these things happen" with no sign of any sympathy. After discussion with senior management the next morning, compensation was offered to our satisfaction.

Ganz nette Lage! Das Hotel selbst ist eher mittelmäßig. Dusche undicht, Zimmer durchschnittlich. Personal ist nett, aber Prozesse sind undurchsichtig. Insgesamt aber alles in Ordnung.

Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and transport. Also, really friendly and helpful staff. Gym was smaller than expected - but overall, enjoyed my stay here

Prachtig hotel, centraal gelegen. Parkeergarage uitstekend. Goed restaurant!

Everything and everyone great

Hilton in Den Haag is very nice hotel, everything is nice clean quiet, Blue Blood restaurant is Amazing, love the outdoor restaurant next to the water so cool, I put on my instagram, love it will come again, I am telling ppl who come to Netherlands to stay at Hilton Hotel, location is nice too !!
