Great view with the harbor and fresh breeze from the ocean. Professional staff and concierge service. It’s amazing to see them working with pride and happy smile. Definitely visit again if we’re in Auckland.

Great views and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet is great.

Lovely views over Auckland harbour, a short walk to the marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

We loved out stay at the Hilton on Princes Wharf. We booked a balcony view room and were given a room on the recently renovated 8th (top) floor. Definitely recommend securing that floor if you can as I believe that's the one floor thus far that's been fully renovated. The room was big, bright and felt brand new. Big balcony with spectacular views, big spa-like bathroom with freestanding soaking tub and great products. We liked that we had a Nespresso machine so we could make our own lattes in the morning. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Good breakfast and a lunch one day at the restaurant Fish. Location is great, a quick walk out to shopping and a huge selection of restaurants at the Viaduct and Britomart. Our last day a big cruise ship came in and moored right next to the hotel, obstructing part of our view - didn't worry us and the hotel had warned us in advance but something to be aware of.

Location

This hotel has a very unique harbour view in Auckland. It's location is very convenient to explore other parts of Auckland by ferry or other ground transportations. Concierge service was very helpful in terms of planning where to go around the town.
