perfect trip

I arrived in the morning, they have my room available, but insisted on charging NZ$180 for an early check in fee even though I will be checking out at 4:30 am the next day. The manager just kept repeating that their official check-in time is 2:00 pm. I understand that early check-in is based on availability, but this policy and inflexibility if far worse than my experience with other international chains. This is be my last stay at a Pullman Hotel.

Great place to stay before a flight.

Good choice

10 ft away from International Airport. Hotel is very trendy, nice smelling and just high end quality. But the 9th floor restaurant, not so much. Sat down for breakfast, waited about 15-20 min for a wait staff for a menu. Got up then come to find out, it was a buffet. I was seated behind a wall so I didn’t see anything. They could have told me it was a buffet. Food was good, love the smoked salmon!

A very good airport hotel with comfortable, quiet rooms and excellent service.

It was gorgeous

This was poor for Pullman. Phone didn’t work/ bathroom drain was blocked/ got stuck in a lift and dinner was poor in wait and cooking. Mostly we love Pullman hotels but this one totally missed the mark!

This hotel is excellent. Clean, modern, 2 minute walk to the International Airport. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Very responsive house keeping and reception. Lovely restaurant and bar at the top with great views to watch the planes land and take off. Would absolutely stay here again. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Great room

I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment. - The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site. - Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned during my stay. - Check-in/Check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly confusing and frustrating. The partial payment and charging procedures were the most convoluted I have ever encountered at any hotel. - Service Requests: Simple requests, such as borrowing an adapter for my electronic devices, were met with indifference or difficulty. The overall experience was more akin to a low-three-star hotel, despite the rooms being relatively new. The hotel's ambiance was cold and transactional, lacking the warmth and personalized service I've come to expect. Prior to my stay at Pullman, I stayed at the Millennium Hotel, where all the services I required were readily without any fuss. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was far superior, all at a fraction of the price I paid at Pullman.

Skimpy lobby, but grand hotel restaurant on top floor. Great foods and great selections of local wines.

A comfortable 5-min walk from the International Terminal and within the airport property of Domestic and International Terminals, Rental Cars, parking lots along with the Novotel.
