ホテルは新しく安心して宿泊できました。私は日本人で少し綺麗好きなところがあり、細かい箇所のホコリは自分で掃除しましたが、建物が新しいので、簡単な掃除で済みました。キッチンが付いている部屋で、近くのスーパーで食材を買い料理が楽しめました。カトラリーも十分です。マヌカウはローカルな町で、道路などもキレイに整備され、ステキな街でした。ショッピングモールやCafeも沢山ありましたし、遊園地にも近かったです。またマヌカウ駅近くに大きな公園があり、遊具がとても楽しかったです。またニュージーランドを訪れる際はマヌカウに行き、シーベルを利用したいです。

Our room was excellent, the hotel had great amenities including room service and the restaurant.
The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service - we will be back!

The room was very clean, and homely the staff were amazing able to help with everything! We did have trouble with the aircon saying it was on but nothing coming out and when the cleaners came in they didn’t refill the toilet paper
Overall a really good experience and definitely will be recommending

In that area, a hotel with full facilities (onsite restaurant, laundry facility, 24hour Front Desk, etc.) is quite rare. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. I like their smiling faces !!

I reached out three times to find out if there was an airport shuttle. I had no response except an automated one and had to call them and ask.
Got an early check in though which was nice. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Overall was pretty good. My only issue was, that my room was suppose to sleep 3. There was only one bed and a small couch. Couch didn’t fold out to a bed. Just a coach. So one of us did not enjoy their stay at all.
