Gostei bastante do hotel, bom preço com bom café da manhã

Peguei um quarto de dois andares, muito legal. O atendimento sempre ótimo. Acho que faltaram duas coisas importantes: telefone para falar na recepção, pois precisei de toalhas e tive que descer no frio. E cortina! Dormimos no segundo andar e todos os dias acordamos com o sol na cara muito cedo, bem antes do que gostaríamos. Tem três janelas de vidro e nenhuma delas é coberta.

We had the tripple room which was on the top floor under the slanted roof. I hit my head several times. We were tired when we arrived in the evening and ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was just okay but the juices were very nice. The included breakfast was fine, although the coffee wasn't good at all, very bitter and clearly made with the cheapest beans. The breakfast food was the same as all the other hotels we have stayed in in Peru. Choice of eggs, some bread, bit of yoghurt with cereal and fresh fruit. All in all our stay was fine for 1 night but wouldn't go back.

The service was impeccable so was the food. The room was basic but super clean and comfortable. Good location across from the market. My only complaint is the rooms are not well insonorised. I had dogs fighting just outside both nights and guests arriving late making so much noise

I stayed here for 4 nights in Aug-Sep, 2025. There were several things that I liked: 1) Cleanliness of the hotel 2) Proximity to Plaza de Armas 3) Friendly hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

I loved my stay here. The breakfast was delicious every morning and I appreciated the pack breakfast the days I was up early for tours. The staff were always helpful and the hotel is kept extremely clean. I did laundry twice and it alway came back promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a gem in Cuzco. The staff is very, very helpful (and most of Cuzco people are really nice) The cleaning is excellent. The choices at breakfast is just as good. The room (one bed) had a big, big bed and more than enough blankets (actually we have the remove some of them because it wasn’t that cold and those blankets were heavy) we do have to ask for more pillows which they send them right away we also made a “mistake” of asking for a room heather which I was never use. This is one place that I would recommend to anybody. Just remember to choose a room away from the street so you won’t get the noise like we did. No surprise extra charges. I very pleasant place to stay.

Habitación limpia, personal amable. La ropa de cama podría mejorar aunque cumple su función de estar calentito. Pedimos un late check out y todo ok

Very nice staff and mostly a very nice stay except that the beds were extremely hard and the walls quite thin and let a lot of noise in so it was a bit hard to sleep.

Breakfast is one of the best in Cusco. Also food in cafe is surprisingly great and cheap. Room in 3rd floor had remodeled bathroom. Clean and nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Vou falar por partes : O hotel tem uma localização ótima, o atendimento das meninas foi otimo, eram muito dóceis e gentis, mas o único rapaz que estava alguns periodos la na recepção era mais duro e ríspido com as palavras. O hotel oferece uma bebida gratis por dia, eu amava pedir a limonada ou o suco de laranja com maracujá, além disso o hotel tinha folha de coca e alguns chás ali no hall à disposição dos hospedes. O café da manhã estava incluso, simplesmente magnifico: frutas diversificadas, guacamole, pães artesanais, ovos, iogurte, um cereal de milho gostoso, e etc, simples, saudável e maravilhoso. Eles montavam um pacote (box) de cafe da manhã quando tínhamos que sair mais cedo, era so avisar na recepção. O quarto tinha uma cama king maravilhosa, edredom denso maravilhoso, aquele edredom com um peso gostoso que “afundamos” na cama e dormimos muito bem. Toalhas cheirosas e bem lavadas. O hotel é simples, combinando com o estilo da cidade, mas é um simples bem cuidado, aconchegante e limpo. Eu levei na minha mala um par de pantufas e um roupão, então transformei minha experiência em quase 5 estrelas nesse hotel, até porque eu sabia que estava em um período frio lá. Eu pedi na recepção o aquecedor portátil, foi eficiente até demais, tive que desligar algumas vezes. O restaurante do hotel é incrível, comida gostosa demais, a gente surpreendeu com um jantar que fizemos lá. Preço ótimo em tudo nesse hotel, hospedagem e comida. Enfim, eu amei, e eu ficaria lá outras vezes.

The property decor and architecture was beautiful and I loved the courtyard with a fountain. The room was spacious and the shower was the BEST in Peru. It was quiet enough but you could hear people in the other rooms and in the courtyard. The bed was a little too firm for me tho. The breakfast buffet was also the best I had experienced in Peru - homemade bread and cakes, lots of fruit and eggs cooked to order. Although the San Pedro market area could be a little seedy, it was handy to have the 'local' market so close and it was always busy so I felt safe walking around by myself. Couldn't really figure out the "one drink for free per day" as they gave me a bottle of soda water the first night but then charged me for a bottle of water the next so I just didn't bother after that. Would recommend tho!

Great location with a direct line to the historic city center. Lovely breakfast and honestly the most accommodating and kindest staff!!
