Mery at the front desk was unbelievably helpful. kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The breakfast was good and you had the availability to order eggs. The room was simple and extremely clean. The location was adequate as many Uber drivers passed it. The price was extremely reasonable.

This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast included a made-to-order omelette + the small, but ample buffet. I had dinner there on my last night and that was delicious too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel was in a convenient location to walk to San Pedro Market and the square. The rooms were clean, breakfast was yummy and the staff were very helpful helping us book a shuttle to the airport

Amerindia staff is great at taking care of any of your needs; whether it be laundry, taxi, room needs, or anything else. Rooms are clean, though I recommend dressing and packing warm when staying. Cusco can become super cold with wide temperature swings. They can get you a heater if you need without much issue, though it can still be a bit cold. Breakfast is delicious, a wide offering with an egg prep bar. You can order them to pack lunch/snacks for the day if you miss the breakfast hours. The kitchen also offers very delicious meals for lunch and dinner. The location is great, though it is located within an alley. I recommend you tell any navigation to go to the San Pedro market right in front. Right behind is a supermarket and on the alley is also a few restaurants. The only con is that you are located very close to the city square and market, which can get loud at night. Pack earplugs. 😊

Lovely rooms

Good location, near San Pedro market. Like coco and other teas in the common area, though still want to have a kettle in the room. No elevator, so if you have a heavy luggage and your room is on the third floor, good luck

We had a great stay at this place. We booked a family room with this hotel, and the room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast had plenty varieties for us to choose and was very nice. We also enjoyed the dinner in their own restaurant. The food was delicious. The staff there was very welcoming and friendly. Even their dog was cute! Definitely recommend

The room was basic, but the bed was comfy. The shower was nice but has a tendency to spray everywhere. The staff were very kind and friendly but I had several instances where I was told something would be done by a certain time, and it wasn’t. That was frustrating and led to wasted time and stress on my part. That said, it was a solid stay at an affordable price.

Did not need laundry. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a couple years. People were so nice. Loved location also. Great stay.

Centrally located with great staff, including 24/7 front desk service! They also made the process of storing luggage very simple while we did the Inca trail trek. We loved our stay and actually returned to the hotel after returning from the trek for our last night before leaving town. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. Family of 4 with 17 and 12 year olds. Room was very comfortable. Central location. The city is loud at night so do bring earplugs.

Excellent hotel , very nice and charming

We stayed 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. It is an older building, like most hotels in central Cusco, but well maintained and has great character. Central courtyard and sitting areas on every floor are lovely spots to enjoy a free cup of tea at any time. Onsite restaurant offers a buffet breakfast or packed bag for early outings. The best part was the amazing staff who were so friendly and accommodating. We were initially given a king room with a cute balcony - loved the space, but after a few hours in the room, we realized there was a lot of street noise. We asked if we could be moved to a quieter room - they offered several options and let us choose the room we liked best. Inner courtyard on upper floor was very quiet. They also helped arrange airport transfer and laundry services, and let us stay late for a very small fee, since we had a late evening flight. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Amazing hotel with incredible friendly staff and wonderful manager Norma. Extremely clean hotel with a very homey feel. Located only walking distance from Plaza d’Armas. Very safe location. The hotel has many cozy living rooms and an amazing restaurant.

Very centric and great service. Breakfast is outstanding. We'll be back for sure
