Our room is well-maintained and made-up daily. The entire resort, like the pool, restaurant, walkways, beachfront are all clean and maintained by the staff. We give special thanks to all the staff from the first the 1st staff we met up to the last. They were all very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the lady who were assigned on our table during our breakfasts. We were looking for her on our last day, but she must be on leave. Please send our huge thanks and gratitude to all your staff. They are your greatest asset. Keep them.

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay. Having never stayed at a top resort, I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was fantastic (I loved the open plan shower-no door). Pool was great, restaurant very good, perfect spot on the beach (about 1km walk from the main areas, which meant you could lie on a beach chair without tonnes of tourists constantly filing past, unlike other hotels). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay.

The staff and hospitality was excellent and the property is beautiful. It was our first time in Boracay and the Ambassador In Paradise was just perfect! The buffer breakfast is different everyday, the pool was beautiful and the beach front with the chairs are just magical. That’s all we did was hang out at the beach.

Room reserved for us was unfavorable - Not what I expected compared to the photos advertised. It was a corner unit with almost no place to spread 2 suitcases. Hotel services was very good which compensated for the bad room reservation.

Ambassador has been by far the best hotel stay me and my family have ever stayed at! It had an amazing view of the ocean, amenities were clean and tidy, staff was always welcoming and helpful with any queries we had! Highly recommend this place!

Very happy overall with the stay. However, the front desk was difficult to deal with when it came to basic stuff like transport from the airport and going to another hotel. Staff in the were excellent, only the front desk seems to need some further training. Otherwise the property is in a good location and happy with my stay overall.

It was so grate. Before check in, they often checked my message and sent me many message. So I didn't worry about my stay. Transfer team was so good. From the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, many staff saved my life. Safety and speedy. During I stayed the hotel, I thought hospitality was so wonderful! I had a grate time. Breakfast service was so good. I want to stay this hotel again! If possible RIGHT NOW!

We had the most incredible stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort in Boracay! From the moment we arrived at the airport for our transfer, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. The room was absolutely stunning. So spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view of the resort pool and ocean. The restaurant on-site was exceptional, offering such a great variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all a treat! We did not need to leave! The location was unbearable…Situated right in front of a gorgeous white-sand beach, I could step out and be in paradise within seconds. The staff really made the stay so wonderful they have thought of everything and always a step ahead of your needs!! Can’t wait to come back! We will be coming straight to this resort.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. Spacious room. Perfect location at one of the best beach sections. Short walk to the night life and DMall and short walk to Diniwid Beach. Tourdesk is very helpful and finds the perfect tour for your needs. Overall an excellent value for the product offered. We will come back!

Great location and extremely motivated and friendly staff. Resort itself is showing some sign of age but they seem to be keeping things up. Would go again.

I love the location, close to the beach. nice staff only a little thing in my room. The toilet flute sometimes does not work and the fitness machine needs to be changed

Our room is well-maintained and made-up daily. The entire resort, like the pool, restaurant, walkways, beachfront are all clean and maintained by the staff. We give special thanks to all the staff from the first the 1st staff we met up to the last. They were all very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the lady who were assigned on our table during our breakfasts. We were looking for her on our last day, but she must be on leave. Please send our huge thanks and gratitude to all your staff. They are your greatest asset. Keep them.

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay. Having never stayed at a top resort, I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was fantastic (I loved the open plan shower-no door). Pool was great, restaurant very good, perfect spot on the beach (about 1km walk from the main areas, which meant you could lie on a beach chair without tonnes of tourists constantly filing past, unlike other hotels). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay.

The staff and hospitality was excellent and the property is beautiful. It was our first time in Boracay and the Ambassador In Paradise was just perfect! The buffer breakfast is different everyday, the pool was beautiful and the beach front with the chairs are just magical. That’s all we did was hang out at the beach.

Room reserved for us was unfavorable - Not what I expected compared to the photos advertised. It was a corner unit with almost no place to spread 2 suitcases. Hotel services was very good which compensated for the bad room reservation.

Ambassador in Paradise is a 5 star place indeed with beautiful and clean grounds, spacious rooms and attentive, kind and accomodating staff. They also have security too by the entrance and at the beach area.

The staff are absolutely accommodating, pleasant and very approachable. The room we stayed needs a little improvement( additional mirror and TV remote was a little hard to operate).

Ambassador has been by far the best hotel stay me and my family have ever stayed at! It had an amazing view of the ocean, amenities were clean and tidy, staff was always welcoming and helpful with any queries we had! Highly recommend this place!

Very happy overall with the stay. However, the front desk was difficult to deal with when it came to basic stuff like transport from the airport and going to another hotel. Staff in the were excellent, only the front desk seems to need some further training. Otherwise the property is in a good location and happy with my stay overall.

It was so grate. Before check in, they often checked my message and sent me many message. So I didn't worry about my stay. Transfer team was so good. From the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, many staff saved my life. Safety and speedy. During I stayed the hotel, I thought hospitality was so wonderful! I had a grate time. Breakfast service was so good. I want to stay this hotel again! If possible RIGHT NOW!
