At first, I was a bit disappointed in how restrictive the property is but when you really think about it, it is more of a safety matter. It gives you that sense of security and peace of mind knowing that you are secured in the compound.

The view was excellent, and the people was friendly. But I was hoping for balcony, alt here no basis amenities no too brush no soap, room was dirty and windows edge was Dusty, bathroom smell really bad and bath shower don’t drain.

After booking my stay at a certain rate and just after I can not cancel I get email stating that there is additional fees for cleaning which was almost as expensive as room. So upon arrival had no choice to pay for cleaning of room and the whole time I was there no came to cleanroom. upon checkout I complained about it and they said that we needed to request ??? Which we did but no one ever showed up.. Would not refund... So beware take note of all the reviews they are true we just did not believe because never experienced anything like that before .

Wohl eher etwas für Philippiner, Typische kleine Wohnung zum mieten für 2-3 Tage mit Familie usw. Für mich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, Gäste sind keine erlaubt, und die Einrichtung naja sagen wir einmal etwas abgenutzt, aber soweit io.

We were so excited to use the pool but they didn’t let us because they were cleaning it. When we arrived, we were not aware that the host shall send us a QR code so the guard who happens to be so rude to us from the time we arrived didn’t let us in. So we have to keep sending messages and tried to call the host but he never answered the call. He responded with the QR code but it took a little while before we received it. They should have informed us well so we won’t feel lost when we got in there. We also hope that the guards will be more friendly because the property is beautiful but having unpleasant employees can ruin a day.

Can hear noise through walls. WiFi is fast but sometimes slow. Good air conditioning, Netflix available. Our room felt a little rushed (missing toiletries) but overall a decent stay.

清潔感まるでなし。ゴキブリ多数。キッチンあるけど包丁、スプーン、フォークなし。宿泊時にテレビが壊れたと言って交換。ポットは使ってみたら壊れていて交換。シャワールームには前の宿泊者の下着が放置。正直言ってこの部屋を紹介している運営側にもある種責任はあると思ってます。

The property is very disappointing. The guards were very unhelpful, not customer service oriented. I have not tried to checked in, in a condo and we have to go from one tower to another just to get an information. When we got into the room there were no towels, bath soap and the toilet paper were only half roll for 4 adults and 2 children? What kind of a place is that especially I paid more than what's it worth? I spoke with the owner itself and told him about my disappointment and told him I'm going to checked that same night and that I have to cancel the rest of my stay as this place is not what I expected as I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. The bathroom wall is missing 3 tiles, and one of the flooring is popping. Very dissatisfied!

guards and staff were not helpful. no towels in the property, only have half roll of toilet paper for 4 adults and 2 children for 2 days? have to checked out 2 hours after checking in. very disappointing for the amount of money they charged. tallked with the owner and advised he can keep the first night that to cancel the 2nd night. the bathroom has missing tiles. not upkept
