Very friendly staff and great place to stay.

Put us in the east tower facing the main road; lots of noise from traffic and motorcycles.

Nice staff, clean rooms and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping areas!

I don’t know why this property is rated below 4 star. This property is way nicer, cleaner, newer and modern than many other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is really nice and in clean shape. Lodging is similar to high end western hotel standards. Restaurants were nice and theres a driving range that give free hour use for guests!

There’s a lot of people at the desk, makes it chaotic, some are probably training, but it impedes service. My check in guy was pleasant and presentable, however, he forgot to tell me or show me the “ other” elevator to use for my room (628) that is because of the chaotic atmosphere at the desk. I was at the lobby around 11pm waiting for my friend to pick me up for a night out, I asked the front desk agent ( younger lady) if I can have a cup of hot water for my tea, I brought my own, she said ( I will let house keeping know about it) it took 25 minutes no hot water, I went to the desk and asked what happened to my hot water, she then said, ohh hold on it’s somewhere here, lol then the guy brought out tea bags, I said I wanted hot water only, not tea, sometimes if you just take a minute to listen instead of jumping in assumption’s, service will be smooth and proper. Time is wealth, don’t waste others time and yours.

The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. From the greeters at the entrances to the porters, housekeeping, lobby staff who extended my trip by six days, and the rooftop bar staff (Tommee, Camilo, Martt) who consistently ensured the availability of pink lychee juice, each individual demonstrated exceptional hospitality and support. Mae, the cashier, the staff who clean the pool area and Floyd is the best at the breakfast buffet particularly attentive to the little things, down to making me a fresh iced cappuccino each morning, above and beyond and friendly. The staff’s commitment to providing a memorable experience is evident in their consistent greetings, even after multiple interactions, and their ability to recall personal details. They took the time to get to know me, making me feel valued and welcome. I could go on and on about the wonderful amenities and exceptional service at this property. I am delighted with my decision to book here and highly recommend it to others. The Sigsig is also a delightful culinary experience.

Had a wonderful stay, everyone from the bellhop to the front desk, to the restaurant staff on the 4th floor buffet outlets , have been very gracious. The room was spacious with a view. I will definitely come back and stay in this location and even recommend it. Salamat, you’ve made my stay stress free .

Staff were courteous and friendly, room is clean and up to par. Great breakfast, pool was amazing. Very close to SM and airport.

Super clean, new and fresh hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was my fav, they had plenty to choose from and again, the staff were fantastic
