Doesnt has access to the hotel by a regular way the street is closed just really disappointed

I stayed here for 5 days and had a great time. They have free transportation to town or tours. Right on a very nice quiet clean beach. If you are a foodie you can walk to Carly for an incredible meal as well. Thanks Ulle!

Excellent service

Many thanks to Uli & Rose for being excellent hosts, they made us feel like we were ‘part of the family’ The views from the balcony were spectacular, the rooms are large, have air-con and with smart TV. The shower/restroom also very spacious. We spent the evenings at the bar interacting with other guests and the hosts. There was also a good choice of delicious on the menu. We also opted for the breakfast included option. We also took advantage of the chariot/shuttle service, that took us into El Nido town and to the next beach… free of charge and included within the price. I personally recommend the Island Hopping, if you want to see some spectacular views of, and want to visit the beautiful lagoons, just ask Rose or Uli for details. They will also arrange transport too. The Reef Strand Resort is like a sparking hidden treasure, and my partner and I are already looking forward to visiting again in 2025. A special thank you to Jima, Angel, Jizreal and Jona, and all of the employees that welcomed us, took care of us and looked after us, during our stay.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel is old, but room is clean, has good WiFi, and the owner and staff are super friendly. Our balcony faces the sea, and it was lovely to sit there after a long day of excursions, enjoying a cold beer and listening to the waves. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 7-10 minute walk from the town. They offer free drive to town with tricykle, but we just used that one time, because we appreciated the short walk to the town through an authentic Filipino residential area. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed clear starry skies on all our walks.

Other than the place being hard to find, and my room smelling a little moldy … it was a great stay . Very quiet and staff was very accommodating as well as friendly

Lovely staff. Couldn’t do enough to help. What a view you get over the pool looking at the ocean and the islands.

Although an older hotel, its location is quiet and it has the best pool overlooking the ocean. The staff are really lovely and it was a wonderful stay.

Location was great but hotel could use upgrading

Where do I start? First, the place is not the same as in the pictures.The owner of the place is so rude! Where my sibling stayed, they all got a lot of bites! Not sure if they were bed bugs or what, but something bit them. The room had lot of ants and the tv and bathroom were not working - clogged toilet that wouldn't flush. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, the cups dirty and the dirty towels not replace! We had to pay going in and out of this place, Don't be fooled by the website this place is out of nowhere you could stay somewhere where is cheapear and convenient to you...

The property is hard to get to. The showers use salt Walter. The view is magnificent The staff is outstanding.

The pictures are very deceiving. Pool is dirty,never seen the filter on, the whole time we were there. It shows that the maintenance of the property is very minimal. The only thing great about the resort are the staffs. I wouldn't recommend the property to anyone. It was very disappointing.

Beliggenhed: 15 minutter gåafstand fra El Nido Centrum. Ny vej som Google Maps ikke har opfanget endnu. Mulighed for gratis tuk tuk til byen mellem 7am-7pm stillet til rådighed af hotellet. Værelser: 9 værelser hvoraf 6 har havudsigt. Vi fik desværre først et værelse hvor aircondition ikke virkede og flyttede derefter til et andet - dog stadig ikke med udsigt. Det ville måske være en fordel at værelserne blev opdelt på hotels, så man ikke bliver skuffet over værelsestildelingen ved ankomst. Virkelig rummelige værelser, skal det dog siges. Pool: Et af vores kriterier for at vælge hotellet. Der er dog begrænset skygge hvilket gør den meget varm og ingen parasoller til rådighed trods det er vist på billederne. Vi var heldige at 2 liggestole kunne flyttes ind i skyggen foran baren nogle timer om dagen. Pt også en del døde dyr grundet tørken, som ikke fjernes helt så ofte som det kunne ønskes. Wifi: virkede virkelig godt på hele stedet. Gode store smart TV på værelserne, med mulighed for Netflix login. Morgenmad: inkluderet og meget efter den standard som vi har oplevet overalt, 5 “menuer” at vælge mellem. Personale: venligt og imødekommende, men uden så mange muligheder for at afhjælpe de problemer vi havde. Det ville være fedt, hvis værelserne blev opgraderet med minikøleskab, da der umiddelbart er plads til dette.
