pool was nice, we had the whole hotel to ourselves, we left before the super typhoon was to arrive

I booked this for my daughter and they loved going back in here on their anniversary

Property was well layout. Pool is shaded by main bldg till late morning and beach has easy access.

It was good but not great, the property was well kept and the rooms had running hot water but the room was very hot and the mattress was very thin

On site pool, beach and direct access to ocean. Ocean waves can be strong here but long beach to run or walk if desired (local vendors on beach). Road to site can be narrow and passes through residential back yards. On site parking appears limited as compared to room amounts for levels of complex. Good elevator on site. Decent food onsite local and western. Check in can be a task if a busy time. Room is basic and bathroom is local, very low water pressure due to restrictive shower head but warm. Concrete support next to bed edge (head strike issue) and toilet placed very close to door (typical). Pet friendly and local dogs on site.

Second time to stay. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. Need a little bit improvement with the internet provider. Some rooms have internet tv while some just have a basic cable that only have less than 5 channels. But great facility and staff. Will be back again.

The room (101) is spacious, we were a group of 7pax, two queen beds and two double-size beds, lots of space for luggages. However, bringing food and snacks in the hotel have corkage fee, I have been to a lot of hotel resorts local and international but this is the first time I heard such hotel policy. The reason for my three-stars rating.

Love our short stay here with my dog Mochi. The staff are friendly and accommodating .The place is also peaceful , away from the crowd, though the restaurants are further. The food is also good. Can’t wait to bring my partner here soon.

What I like is that it's location is scenic beachfront. The building and facilities like the swimming pool is relative new. But the hotel is poorly managed. The staff lacks training seemed incompetent at times. They don't fully grasp the nature of the hotel business.

We arrived and no room was ready, meaning no toiletries, towels etc, we had to ask for them even though we called day before to let them know of our ETA, bathroom was tiny( not like the pic) and shower had 3 water spurts working, couldn’t properly shower, sliding door to balcony was broken, couldn’t close properly or lock so our first half hour of being there we had to watch the maintenance man fix it, great stat to our stay(NOT). Second day we had ants around the bed so they sprayed, ants came back next day, asked for more towels and linen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner we had to eat outside as the inside dining was being used for a conference and weren’t allowed to dine in, we also had to keep asking them to send us a waiter so we could order. The only good points about the resort is the good location, the food was nice, and the swimming pool which we used everyday bcoz the beach was closed for swimming. I wouldn’t go back to be honest.

The staff are nice and helpful. Air conditioning in the dining area will be great so the customers will be more comfortable.

Em Royalle Hotel has friendly staff and clean facilities. We just don't like the breakfast, It's pricy and didn't taste that good. But overall, everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time with family. Kids loved the place. We’ll come again’

the place is great, beachfront. the food is good and affordable, but the pool is quite dirty and bathroom smells not good

No water in the bathroom!

Staff were attentive, but lack options for alcoholic beverages, very convenient to the beach, could used some work on making their pool/beach patio a little bit more desirable to chill, n relax.
