Check in was done by kids because it’s a condo block with hotel on the side I found out it was Chinese owned so that explains everything really low standards alround the best part was the pool but the room was definitely not like the photos and I upgraded to premier room just run down in general there was a bucket in the shower to catch dripping tap the balcony was dirty and TV was a joke the cable box had 5 channels which took half a hour to find wifi was kept cutting out and was like dial up in the 90’s the staff where lovely though as for the surrounding area home everywhere drug addicted homeless beggars asking for money every couple of hundred metres was off putting even though I’m 6’2 and black belt in 2 martial arts definitely would not recommend single women or men to venture into the back street alone drop a few extra bucks on somewhere better and closer to town the whole building it old

I liked that the hotel was connected to a mall. So grabbing breakfast in morning was super convenient and it also had a grocery store in the basement which was nice. I never went up the escalator to see what was on the upper level though. The staff was very nice as well. I went with friends and two of us had little bugs like maybe ants in our room. The shower wand handle was broken and water drainage in shower and sink weren’t up to par. Decent for price I suppose but would look for something else if I came back to Cebu.

The shower is slow.

Broken shower with no hot water that i have to use a bucket in taking bath. They have a kitchenette, but its useless as sink faucet doesn't work and there's really nothing in there.

Facilities are the worst. There are no amenities at all.

Städningen var ej bra, hittade ett par gamla dammiga underkläder i hörnet av diskbänkeen. Myror i kök och badrum och avloppet i köket stank fruktansvärt

The Front Desk Supervisor or Manager scolded her colleague in front of me. She should not be doing that in front of a customer. Overall, the place was clean, affordable and quick service response. I would recommend this place.

cebu city.. there a many hospital ambulance. and police car siren. so i didn't sleep well. also wifi its sometimes no signal.

I booked a room for twin bed good for fax. They have confirmed my resewrvation. What was given to us is a small room with two double deck beds I suggest the CR will be equipped with a bidet hose to save tissue paper and for sanitary purposes

友達と旅行で利用しました。ホテル内にスーパーやカフェ、フードコートもあり便利。歩いてすぐセブンもあります。2階では日本円からペソへ両替も出来ました。部屋はシンプルですが寝るだけなので十分。26階の部屋からの眺めはとても良かったです。シャワースペースは狭い。タオルは交換してもらえないので希望であれば言ったほうが良いかも。ホテル前からタクシーはつかまりますがロビーで呼んでもらった方がグラブタクシーを使ってくれるので安心ではるかに安く済みました。アヤラまでは渋滞しているので大体20分くらい、空港までは1時間半見たほうが良いです。

Terrible place to stay. Loudest exercise air conditioner, that blasted mouldy smelling air. No amenities, not even soap. Smallest possible bathroom. Foul smell from sink. No fridge. Very noisy, lift beeps herd in room every 5 sec. Street noise too. Staff not helpful, very week Internet. Booked 4 notes stayed 2, it was so bad. Much better hotel Cebu hotel plus just up road that's clean, nice and quiet. Recommend you do not stay here.

Equipments are not so clean. But good location

The room was good size, good AC and a great view. Could use soap for the shower.

街中で無料の大きい駐車場が魅力、いつ来ても空いている しかし部屋にバスタオルがなく、フロントに依頼した。

Wi-Fi does not working. Swimming pool and gym was good if like exercise.

Too much noise from the outside in the rooms. Limited access to the facilities such as pool. Wifi connection is really bad. Rooms are not very clean and uncomfortable abd during our stay there was a very strong smell from the sink.
