Henann Prime Beach Resort

The staff were amazing so courteous and always willing to assist you. The room was superior, the most comfortable bed and pillows in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The staff at both properties were very courteous and nice. The breakfast crew are very accommodating. Especial mention to Chris the manager. Transportation from property to airport was efficient. Thank you, see you soon.

Overrated Hotel with Poor Service — Not the Real Boracay Experience I’ve been to Boracay several times, and this is my first time being truly disappointed with a hotel stay. The place is completely overrated — from the food service to the overall atmosphere. The beach in front of the hotel is overcrowded with sellers constantly approaching guests. You can barely relax without being asked for money every ten minutes, and the hotel does absolutely nothing to manage it. It feels chaotic and far from the genuine Boracay vibe. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. I ordered a dish based on the ingredients described in the menu, but what I received was completely different. When I mentioned it to the staff, instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they insisted on charging for it. The salad was only around $10 — it wasn’t about the money, but about how poorly the situation was handled. After two nights (which were prepaid), we decided to switch hotels to Aqua, and we’re much happier there. The difference in service, atmosphere, and professionalism is like night and day. I’m writing this review to share my honest experience and warn future travelers — the hotel looks great online, but the reality is disappointing. Boracay has so many wonderful places to stay, but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

The staff at Henann Prime were some of the most hospitable, gracious, respectful and friendly people that we have encountered. The consideration and kindness that they displayed made this one of our most enjoyable vacations ever. We will definitely be back at Henann Prime. The hotel was clean, modern and served all our needs.

The ability to access the beach from the resorts restaurant was what blew us away! The service was top notch, very available for our every little need. They were exceptionally attentive. Lastly the rooms were kept so proper and felt very comfortable and clean. The massages were soo well done too!

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location was excellent for us; quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The views from the hotel restaurant were stunning. Transportation to get anywhere was easily accessible, and the staff was always helpful. We had the beachfront access room, and every morning we were out on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves. During the sunset hours, it got a bit crowded but not as much as it would if you were staying by station 2. The grotto is about a 5 minute walk to the left of the beach. There weren't many beach vendors which is nice when you are trying to enjoy some peace and quiet. Massages were easy to book, and you can get them poolside or in your room. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome beachfront. The pool area is also good but it would be great if the water is a little warmer. Staff are great, very helpful and respectful. The grand deluxe room is spacious and the balcony makes it even more desirable. Very nice beach hotel and I will choose it again in my next Bora trip!

Hôtel agréable en deux parties : des chambres côté plage et d’autres de l’autre côté de la rue. Nous étions côté plage au dernier étage pour être plus tranquille. Malheureusement pour nous, de part et d’autre de notre chambre, nous avions des voisines très bruyantes qui parlaient fort dans le couloir et dans leur chambre la nuit, qui rentraient très tardivement en discutant et en claquant leur porte…. Les points positifs : accueil chaleureux, personnel très serviable, chambre bien équipée et d’assez bonne taille, petit déjeuner compris, belle plage devant l’hôtel . Les points négatifs : la conception de l’hôtel, on va et vient de la plage au restaurant et donc, beaucoup de sable partout, les pauvres employés n’arrêtent pas de balayer. Au petit déjeuner, choix de fruits limité et peu de céréales.

It was under some renovation, and I had a very strong chemical smell during my stay. It made me sick and have a headache for 4 of the 6 days I was there. Staff was great.

House keeping dosent clean room even when the sign for cleaning is up for a couple of hours.

The staff was very efficient and helpful. The view of the sea was very nice.

They charged me 50 pesos because I ordered a second bucket of ice, that is just dumb. 50 pesos is literally nothing so why even make the guest feel like they are asking for too much from the staff. Left early, my room sat empty for four days, went to a different hotel, will not be staying their again.

Housekeeping was a little over zealous. Security officers and all other staff were amazing
