Oceans not that great it’s terrible. Foods are expensive. Rooms are not that clean. Staffs are simply. The only good that place are the receptionist….

The room is fine, the staffs are good. Just the resort I mean the ocean in this resort is not good. 4 days staying I never see the ocean high tides. I didn’t enjoy swimming there. The restaurant is so expensive. You can’t get a visitors. In my part they only allow my visitor because I’m the only guest there. But I’ve been instructed that all my visitors can swim in low tides for only 3 hours hahahahaha the oceans are public right but they didn’t allow anyone to swim. If not their guest….. there’s sense at all.

Very quiet, very clean, staff are all nice and greet you with a very warm smile, the place are instagrammable and very unique..

Besides the whole Jelly's Haven is beautiful, it makes it perfect because of the resort staff. The employees customer service was excellent. Special mention to Armando such a great bartender and also to Tina and Sci.

Good place to stay when in Bantayan! The ocean is just right there. It’s no frills but with million dollar view you don’t need the frills.

The resort was nice! But the problem is the room is not that clean at all..The staff are very friendly. The ocean side is a lot of dirt they need to clean up that side because is not a good view for the people’s who check in their resort.

Need to better food menu.

Nail stains dripping down the wall, that is not pleasing to the eye when I entered the room.

The service for food & drinks could be better by making sure the guests have everything they need.

Very nice

Very clean property on the beach. They have all that you need for a relaxing stay. Not too far from restaurants but will need to rent a scooter or take other transportation. Staff didn’t seem very happy. Some were but make waitstaff looked upset to take care of you. Bartenders were great however and made excellent drinks. They do charge much more than average for everything so be ready. Even charged me extra for requesting an extra pillow. I did like that they bill your room for everything so you can pay one bill at the end BUT double check everything!! They seem to think .07 means round UP. So the bill will be inflated. Beach there is for relaxing but not swimming. Take a trip to Virgin Island for that. But don’t expect to swim at this beach. Overall nice place for the money . Just wish people smiled more and acted happy to have you there.

I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great.

The staff always amazing. The food was amazing.

Found a huge cockroach in the room, very poor water pressure, bed very uncomfortable, only 1 pillow provided per person. Poor wifi connection, no house phone in the room Not worth the price paid. Staff are very friendly and accomodating though.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Everything at the hotel is nearby. You have beautiful beaches within walking distance. If you want, they can rent you a motorbike. They have excellent food. At night they have a bar on the sand which is helpful if you want to have some drinks and they provide you with a free shuttle to the port. If you have a bill with them, you can also pay them with a credit card, which in the Philippines is very helpful. On the downside, the only inconvenience I had was that the night before I left, I paid my pending bill. But when I woke up the next day -at 4 am- and had to leave for the port, the person who was in charge said I owned about 900 pesos. I don't mind paying, but what I disliked was that I had to pay at that time when I was running to catch the ferry.

The room was terrible since not properly cleaned had an asthma attack, the bathroom smelks of urine but the location is really nice , the beach is really good .

Clean beach and comfortable. Great staff, everyone has been super friendly so far. We are having a great stay, we even extended for 3 extra nights:)

Notre chambre était placée sous le gym, un boucan de fou. Nous avons demandé a la réception pour changer de place et notre demande a été acceptée sans probleme. En passant, faire un gym au dernier étage n'est pas l'idée la plus brillante du siecle.
