Hotel Rules:
*Contact the hotel directly to provide check in requirements (valid Ids, no of guests, guest name etc).
•Deposit of P2,000 upon check-in is required which will be given to you upon check out if no damage.
•Smoking, is only allowed by the balcony. Do not flick cigarette butts out the balcony to and use our provided ashtray not only for cleanliness but to avoid an accident or a damage.
•Innea, our key handler will not serve as a personal helper to your needs but you may call or sms her if there is anything you wanted to ask like way to the main town, nearby waterfalls..etc. Her digits are (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
•We strongly implement our check in and check out time as we need space to clean for the next guests. But, you may still stay around Pico de Loro premises till 7pm, lounge and even use the pool, just ask some of the stuff for the country club lockers where you can deposit your stuff.
•Air condition, tv and lights should be turned off each time you leave the unit.
•No pets allowed.
•No illegal drugs please.
•No partying in the unit that may disturb nearby unit guests.
•Lost key will be charged P1,000. We have to replace not only the keys but the door knob as well to ensure safety that no one else has the access in the unit of that particular lost key.
•Avoid using the sofa, bed and dining chairs when still damp/wet from swimming.
•Avoid cooking food that will leave a foul smell into the unit.
