Staff was great

It is a great place to stay!

The property and gardens are beautiful - for those of us not fond of pets while eating - something the owners can think about with the dogs around the property …. Staff was phenomenal and picturesque property ! The Filipino aesthetics were on point and food pricing was excellent !

Stort och rent rum. Maten i restaurangen är utmärkt. Det tar en stund att få den men det är det värt. Poolen ren och solstolar med poolhandduk fanns. Snorkeltur till Apo island är fantastisk. Båten går precis vid hotellet. Stranden var ingen vidare. Stenig, lite lös och mycke skräp mm.

The diving was awesome ... something new every dive. Guides (Ace) were very skilled and spotted all the things we wanted to see on our muck diving treasure hunts. Resort staff and manager were super friendly and sorted a couple of our trips outside the property. Trip to Oslob went well with total round trip 6am to 1pm and no wait in any queue to see those wonderful whale sharks. Another day trip to the Baslay hotsprings we did by scooter, what fun! Beautiful Tokamak restaurant was a great place to eat. Overall, no complaints with Mike's, peaceful and diving at the pace that suits you.

Fantastic stay here -amazing diving and staff..brilliant diving guides - and weird critters eveywhere! Our only issue was the food..but we ended up walking to other nearby restaurants which was also great Thank you for a lovely time

The resort was not as big as expected. The wait for restaurant food was too long, but it tasted great. The beach was not as good for snorkeling.

Well-managed, good value hotel (thanks in particular to Chester and Nathan), Great location on the beach. Comfortable room, tasty food, enjoyed trip to Apo Island. Would happily come back.

Very quiet place to get away and relax. Also staff and service was great.

Room too small for the price and breakfast not included. Bed mattress too think. Bed too narrow. Air condition old. No safe box in room. Internet wifi only works close to the bar area. They have the potential but they have to invest in the business. Not comparable with properties beneath.

Great staff, VERY comfortable beds, clean and great scuba diving

Very nice place. It is small and there is not that much to do except diving. As long as you are ok with that then it is a great place. The swimming pool is nice and the food was very, very good.

다우인에는 다이빙 하러 간거라 다른 다이빙 센터에서 3일 다이빙을 부킹하고 여기서 숙박했어요. 여기도 PADI 샵인데 개인적으로 저희가 갔던 다이빙 센터보다 장비도 더 새거고 관리도 잘 하고 있고 깨끗하더라구요. 그래서 사실 좀 후회했어요. 친구가 중국 센터로 갔었는데,, 여기가 더 나아보였어요. 저녁에 방 앞에 있는 카우치에 앉아서 살랑살랑 바닷바람 맞으면서 사진 정리하는 그 기분 ㅠㅠ! 나가면 바로 앞에 바다 있고요, 레스토랑 음식도 맛있었어요. 다음에 또 다이빙 가면 여기로 다시 갈 의향 있어요. 다이빙도 여기서 바로 하구요.

Accueil chaleureux, atmosphère agréable, environnement très privilégié, belle piscine, chambres à l'étage très calmes avec belle terrasse. Eau chaude dans la douche (appréciable les jours de pluie après une plongée...). Resto correct. Plongées : planning adapté aux demandes des clients (merci Nic), excellentissime instructeur de plongée (John). Les points un peu moins bons : équipements de la chambre (num 6) vieillots (télé très 90's, clim qui fait plus de bruit que de froid), resto mal organisé (petit dej commandé la veille pour 7h15 et toujours pas fini d'être servi à 7h50 et donc terminé sur le bateau...) Mais globalement adresse à recommander.

Mike's really grew on us over the course of a 5-day 6-night stay. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff is infectious, this attitude affects all the guests; after a few days of hanging out, diving, eating with the other guests, you find everyone's happy, everyone's a friend. The resort has three parts: the hotel, the restaurant, and the dive operation. The hotel is nice but not deluxe, the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was so-so but not out of line for this price point, as were the provided amenities. Housekeeping was great, any requests were immediately looked after. The best review goes to the dive shop, headed by accommodating and friendly Nic. After deciding not to do our planned Advanced Open Water course, Nic set us up with two day trips diving at Apo Island which is a must-do for any diver. Novice divers, we were paired with divemaster Romel. Although not taking specific lessons from him, he was a most patient and helpful teacher, especially for my wife who felt very comfortable and safe diving with him. He also had amazing eyes, able spot so many interesting things. I kept trying to find something before he saw it but generally to no avail. I think the lowest review goes to the restaurant. The food we tried was just OK, but worse was the slow service. Example - breakfast ordered the night before for 7:00, we got coffee at 7:20, breakfast, just fresh fruit at 7:30, no one else in the restaurant. Still, really enjoyed our stay!

お部屋、レストラン、ビーチ、スタッフ全てが良かったです。 もう少し長く滞在したかった。
