Eco-friendly hotel with spacious rooms. Swimming pool was open until 10 pm!! Breakfast was delicious with many options (not buffet)

조경이 좋았어요 비가와서 수영장 이용이 안됐던거 빼고는 대부분만족스럽게 이용했어요 직원분들 친절해요

Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu

Hands down a great choice if you prefer a relaxing, quiet stay. Staff very friendly and reliable, never a hesitation w every request or inquiry. Peter and Missy(?) from the restaurant side were excellent; Jayne from front desk was knowledgeable and attentive. Hotel also allows use of amenities at Oceanica, a sister hotel. Use Xpedia for experiences/adventures though to save.

섬세하게 자연 친화적으로 만들어진 공간도 멋지고 고요하고 직원분들 모두가 친절했어요. 레스토랑 음식도 맛있고 선셋뷰도 무척 아름다웠습니다.

The reason why I select North Zen Villas is able to see a beuatiful mangrove woods. It was fantastic sunset when I've seen before. Also, the service quality is perfect. The employees always show big smiles.

24시간 프론트 상주에다가 직원들이 너무나친절하고 밥도맛있고 시설도 너무 이쁘고 깨끗함 다만 조식을 매일 선택해야되는 번거로움과 매번 툭툭을불러 시내까지가는데 200페소가 든다는 치명적 단점이있음

The hotel was beautiful although not quite ‘zen’ as the name suggests. The hotel seemed to have a deal with tour groups so there was constant bus loads of tourist groups coming through which turned the bar into a bubbling tourist spot with people pushing and shoving your tables and drinks rather than a relaxing place to enjoy your drink as the sun went down. Seems like the hotel needs to work on their zen vibe. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds and a good size. Cleanliness was ok but inconsistent, once our door was left open which was a security risk especially because of the sheer volume of non-guests staying there! Food was mainly good although issues with meat in food despite informing them of vegetarian diets. You have to prebook the breakfast in the morning so they can have the food ready for you but a few times we came in the morning and had to wait over half an hour for our breakfast - no apologies. It was a very inconsistent service! Bar staff at the pool had good consistent customer service. There was one lady at the reception that was always friendly and worked really hard to resolve problems, so we appreciate her help a lot! The manager was also very helpful and accommodating so thank you to her!

Peaceful place

가격 대비 최고의 숙소 입니다 넓은 객실, 훌륭한 시설, 흠잡을 곳 없는 청결 입니다. 모든 것이 만족 스러운 숙소 입니다. (20만원 내외에 투숙 한다면 최고의 숙소) 다만 위치가 아쉬우며 직접 수영할수 있는 beach가 없다는 것이 단점 입니다. 이부분은 Oceanica resort를 무료데이유즈를 활용하면 커버 되는 부분이나 셔틀은 없습니다.(직접이동 필요)

Our family of grandparents, parents and grandchildren stayed for 4 nights at North Zen Villas in December 2024. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the grounds are attractive, especially the boardwalk through the mangroves, and the food at the restaurant was good. The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful.

룸2개 빌라에 숙박했습니다. 성인4 아이2 지내기 충분했고 거실과 주방이 있어 편리하게 이용했습니다. 조식도 룸서비스 가능해서 잘 먹었고 전체적인 리조트 느낌도 아기자기하니 좋았습니다. 수영장이 룸과 가까웠고 수질도 괜찮은 편이었고 아주 크진 않았지만 아이들 놀기엔 좋았습니다. 뱀부워크도 좋고 데이유즈를 통해 사우스팜과 오셔니카를 이용할수있는것도 좋았습니다. 다만 시설이 노후되어서..특히 화장실 시설 보수가 필요해 보이는 부분이 있었습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

Beautiful, relaxing resort

The Bamboo walk is amazing, and the staff is happy to help arrange for rides to different areas of the island and/or a scooter rentals for the day.

숙소 완전 좋아요. 수심 160쯤되는 수영장있고. 애기들 수영장있는데 수영장깨끗하고 구명조끼도 몇개있고, 소독약냄새도 안나요. 앞에 맹그로브숲전망대까지 걸어서 5분쯤 걸리는거같고 10시에 불꺼지면 다리앞쪽가서 별구경하기 좋아요. 빌라로했는데 개미한마리안나오고 빌라내에서도 도마뱀.닭.고양이는 봐도 벌레는 못봤어요. 과일도 레스토랑들고가면 커팅해서 룸으로 가져다줘요. 밥맛없다는 후기들있는데 이만하면 조식뷔페가서 시리얼에 빵먹는것보다 나은것같아요. 잼도 달라고하면 줘요. 친절하고. 툭툭불러달라하면 5분안에 와요. 알로나비치200.돌조비치100 편도비용. 알로나비치보다 돌조비치가서 수영하고 노는게 한적하니 좋아요. 수경이랑 오리발가져가서 산호랑 물고기좀 봤어요. 성게있는데 가시길이 10센치넘는거같아요. 좀 깊은곳에 성게있어서 애기들은 성게걱정없이 놀아도될거같아요. 사실 놀기에는 지리적으로 알로나비치가 좋은데 수용인원이 적은 빌라라 조용하고 한적하게놀기 너무좋았어요. 마트는 픽스라이트로 기념품사러갔었어요. 알로나비치에서 픽스라이트찍고30분 대기하고 노스젠빌라까지 400페소줬어요.

The room and services was good.. it’s just that only bamboo and pool.. no activity.. aside from that the resto and bar only 9:30pm and nothing..

너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 보홀가게되면 또 묵고싶습니다! 돌조비치 인근에 맛집을 많이 찾지는 못했지만 해산물 요리 먹었고 숙소 조식이 맛있습니다!
