We were upgraded to suite rooms so that the 3 rooms were on the same floor. Fantastic comfortable beds, spacious sitting area and nice rain showers. Definitely excellent stay. The breakfast was excellent except there was not enough table.

Arrival Experience • Personal protective equipment will be part of hotel airport representative’s uniform. • Please prepare your health declaration card and scan through the QR code to access the guide on the new normal procedures in the property. • There will be a maximum person capacity per transportation to follow social distancing rule. • Hand sanitizers and disposable disinfecting wipes will be available in hotel transportations. • A foot bathmat is placed on all entrances to sanitize your footwear. • Temperature thermal scanning and sanitation of luggages will be conducted. Enhanced Express Check-in & Checkout • Online transactions will be the norm as we adopt a contactless system. • Check-in and checkout process will be smoother as pre-payments are made upon booking. • A registration card, health declaration card and payment link for contactless payment method will be included in the confirmation letter emailed to you. Front Office • Social distancing of 6 ft. will be strictly implemented. • Sanitizing of guest supplies such as key card, pen and welcome booklet will be done through a UVL cabinet. • The Crimson Care Center and Quest Genius are ready to assist you anytime via phone. • Hand sanitizers will be placed in areas for all guests. • Face masks will be available for guests at the front desk upon request. Housekeeping/Rooms • All our guest rooms undergo thorough disinfecting and sanitizing with electrostatic sprayers. • There are no back-to-back arrivals, rest assured all rooms and meeting spaces are sanitized 24 hours prior to your arrival. • The rooms will have an official sanitized seal on the front door, toilet and other areas of the room. • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will now be part of room amenities. High Traffic Areas • Thermal checking and sanitizing foot bath mat will be placed in all entrance and exit areas of the hotel. • Regular sanitation and social distancing for high traffic areas will be implemented. Food and Beverage • Managed buffet or room service delivery of packed meals and Bento Box options will be made available. • There will be no direct contact between you and hotel associates when food is delivered to your room. • To ensure social distancing in restaurant outlets is observed, tables are set up according to 4 guests per 10 sqm. • Enhanced safety training is regularly done with hotel associates. We checked in for my son’s birthday weekend for a spontaneous overnight stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Ms. Judy at the front desk, who was welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately, less than an hour after checking in, we encountered an issue with our room. The front office team responded promptly and arranged a room transfer. Ms. Dean personally checked on us and ensured we were comfortably settled into our new room. While the incident was unfortunate, I truly appreciated how professionally and efficiently it was handled. The main area that fell short for me was the breakfast buffet, which I’d rate 3/5. The restaurant felt chaotic, with many uncleared tables and staff who seemed overwhelmed. Upon arrival, the host simply asked us to find any available seat, but most tables were still dirty. I understand weekends can be busy, but a more organized seating process and a warmer, more welcoming attitude would have improved the experience. I was also disappointed at the egg station. I ordered a cheese omelette, but was told there was no cheese available. There seemed to be confusion among the staff about who would grate the cheese, despite it being only around 9:00 AM and the buffet still having plenty of time left before closing. One person who truly stood out was the security guard assigned to the buffet area. Although clearing tables wasn’t part of his role, he noticed we needed help and immediately assisted us with a smile. His initiative and positive

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2pm but they let us use the lounge as we got a room with a lounge access. during that time, the q lounge was under renovation so they lead us to the restaurant where the spread was laid out. There were mixed nuts and seeds, dried fruits, some fresh cut fruits, assorted pastries. juices and coffee. it wasn't much but still good. We also had an access to the mimosa golf club where the happy hour was served. Junior suite room was spacious and clean, they even gave me a surprise slice of cake to greet me for my birthday. The staff are amazingly friendly, very attentive to your needs specially to Carmela and Jam! You guys rock! Thank you for what you do. Top notch customer service at this hotel!
