PERMITTED GUESTS UNDER GCQ 1. Foreign Guests who are transiting through, or are otherwise temporarily Staying in the Philippines for a short period and will leave the country; 2. Distressed OFWs; 3. Repatriated OFWs in compliance with approved quarantine protocols; 4. Returning Overseas Filipinos • OFWs, whether documented or undocumented or • Non-OFWs:  Returning students.  Visa holders/exchange visitor’s program  Returning Filipino diplomats  Returning Filipino tourists  Participants of Philippine government-sponsored programs (trainings, scholarships, etc)  Dependents and accompanying foreign spouses of the foregoing. 5. Locally Stranded Individuals 6. COVID-19 positive individuals who are asymptomatic or those with mild symptoms, pursuant to the Oplan Kalinga program 7. Employees of agencies and instrumentalities of the Government, including GOCCs and LGUs, especially health and emergency frontline, border control, and other critical services workers; 8. Health care workers and other employees from establishments that are allowed to operate during the GCQ pursuant to the IATF Omnibus Guidelines; provided, that their place of work is located in a GCQ zone, which may or may not be in the same area. REQUIREMENTS: • Guest must complete health declaration • RTPPCR Antigen ( for Returning Overseas Filipinos) • Employee workers: must submit a proof like COE or Company ID & valid IDs • Passengers like stranded, OFWs & foreigner who will leave the country: must submit like valid IDs and itinerary ticket
This is to inform you that URBAN TRAVELLERS HOTEL is a QUARANTINE FACILITY endorsed and approved by the Bureau of Quarantine (DOH-BOQ.) and Department of Tourism (DOT). JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT NON QUARANTINE GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHECK-IN ONLY THOSE WHO REQUIRED TO UNDERGO FOR QUARANTINE. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the quarantine guest must follow the quarantine house rules during 7 days quarantine period in accordance to the join of DOH-DOT-DILG administrative order guidelines. The hotel may also request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary. Your reservation is ROOM ONLY. Upon check-in you may pay the additional FULL BOARD MEAL the rate is P500 per person per day total of P3,500 for 7 days. Full board meal serve of breakfast, lunch & dinner. Outside food like grab and online food deliveries are NOT ALLOWED BOQ-DOH protocols. To ensure minimal waiting time and minimize exposure among guests in common areas, you may fill up the form below. Please be ready to present 1 valid ID like passport and payments. If you want to arrange your airport transfer (pick up at the airport) you need to submit your flight details at least 2 days before your arrival,pick up at the airport the rate is P300 only. If you failed to submit your flight details no airport transfer. If you submit your flight details on the day of your arrival the rate is P600 only but it depends on the car and driver availability.
