Very nice newer hotel, well maintained. No swimming pool and the restaurant was closed for renovations but the breakfast cafe was open.

This is the best place I have stayed in the Philippines (out of 20+). Great room, service, facilities, food, staff.

The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day. Front desk staff always helpful with any enquiry I made. Breakfast is adequate. At the moment there are renovations going, so the actual dining room is closed so breakfast and dinner service is provided through their cafe on the ground floor adjacent to reception. Also under renovations is the gym and the sky deck on the roof. One thing that was a little strange is that I had to contact the front desk every 72 hours to get the Wi-Fi reconnected and have a new password developed which I thought was a bit strange. But overall, I'd say this hotel is a real nice place to stay in Bacolod as it is centrally located in the city.

The room is great and comfortable and clean the staff are approachable. The price is worth it. I recommend this place

Everything was great except the coffee provided in the room when we used it was hard and it’s like an old one.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Stonehill Suites. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. They made us feel welcome right away. The room we were initially given was spacious and featured a comfortable bed with plenty of storage options, which we really appreciated. When it became necessary for us to be relocated, the reception team responded quickly and efficiently, providing us with another excellent room that met all our needs. Their professionalism and prompt service made a potentially stressful situation seamless, and we were delighted with the new room. The food and beverage staff were also outstanding. Both the breakfast and dinner teams went above and beyond to ensure that my wife's dietary restrictions were addressed. We were grateful for their attentiveness, and we enjoyed many tasty dishes during our meals. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was meticulous, keeping our room tidy and assisting with laundry and other requests, which added to our comfort. While the hotel could benefit from some maintenance updates, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Stonehill Suites to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere paired with exceptional hospitality.

We had a small issue with our AC the first night but they were happy to move us to a new room to accommodate us. There were a few areas of the hotel that were maybe under construction/renovation, but overall it was very nice and the staff were great!

When we got there, i was having a very bad day, lost price of flight and room in manila, as somehow our bioking got changed and our loss. I needed a drink in the bar and chat with strangers to calm down Booking in, the said the bar and shy lounge was not avaliable, thats what i needed. I saidvit was in the listing, if the can not provide i want my money back so i can go elsewhere, they said no. I agreed to a bottle of wine and a piece of cake, but in a quiet room was hell, i needed someone to chat We moved to the room then, upon inspection there was a dead cockroach under the chair, not what i needed to see. Later after 10pm, the bar was available, went for a drink, was also alone in there. The staff did what was needed to get me to stay and were nice, but dead bugs in roon, patio door kept getting stuck and horrible pizza, i gave it this rating

Close to Lacson street with access to major malls and Starbucks 1 block away. Little mixup on checking in. But Kim made it right

Staff very friendly and very helpful.

The room didn’t meet expectations that pictures on Expedia showed. It was much less than we expected in reference to the bed , lack of chairs in room, lack of table in room.

Worth it!

We had such a mixed experience at this hotel, it was hard to give it an accurate review. However, let me give you the pros and cons: First, we booked the Presidential Suite for 4 nights. It is a beautiful large room with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. Room Pros: Spectacularly comfortable bed, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable sofa and chairs. Loved the room. Room Cons: I wish hotels gave you wash cloths, and a box of tissue paper. This room had neither. But the big con was the noise from the hallway, it would echo down the tiles from the end of the hall and felt like people were standing in our sitting room yelling at us. Very noisy from internal sounds, not from street sounds. Hotel Pros: We told the hotel that we were going to be doing a prenup photo shoot in the room, and they were so accommodating for the makeup people and photographers, and let us use the room, the hallway, and the sky lounge. We were so thankful for how kind and helpful they were, and the photo shoot went amazing. Also, the parking was smooth and easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful and every interaction with staff except for 1 was amazing and made us feel good. Hotel Cons: The 1 bad interaction was with the breakfast in the sky lounge. We showed up the second day for breakfast, and the guy there said just get whatever food we can. All we could find was 4 pieces cold bacon, cold rice, a couple of old buns. It was horrible - we left and ate out !

We love this hotel and it’s probably one of our favorite stays in the city. Room is nice and staff is friendly. Breakfast was also good. We will stay here again.
