Reservation Policies  50 % deposit is required w/n 24 hours  All paid bookings are non-refundable. An option of one-time re-booking is allowed if the reason is due to force majeure. (w/n 15 days only)
Check-In Policy:  1. government-issued identification document such as a passport or driver's license. Pet Policy  The Carmelence Place is a pet-friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of the family. There will be a PHP 2000.00 fee per pet per night for deep cleaning of the room. This fee will not apply to guide dogs or assistive dogs. There will be a complimentary Pet treat and a pet bed.
Visitor Policy 1. Only registered guests are allowed in the premises. Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times. 2. Visitors are required to provide valid identification at the front desk and sign in as a visitor. 3. Visitors may only access common areas, such as the lobby or restaurant, and are not allowed in guest rooms. 4. The hotel reserves the right to limit the number of visitors per room or deny entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or causing disturbances. 5. Visitors must adhere to the hotel's code of conduct and respect other guests' privacy and comfort. 6. All visitors must depart the hotel premises by 10:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.
