The Ninoy Aquino International Airport is an hour away by car. Guests arriving from the Lipa City Grand Transport Terminal only need to walk for four minutes to get to the property. The Lipa City hall is five minutes away by car.

Guests looking to book at the property can take their pick from 15 cozy rooms divided into three types: Twin Rooms, Queen Rooms, and Family Rooms. All rooms have air-conditioning and a WiFi connection, as well as a television set with cable channels. The rooms also have private bathrooms with showers and a set of toiletries.
