i liked the swimming pool and service

The place looks generally clean but looks rundown. The pool looks dirty and unhealthy to swim. The grime at the bottom of the pool looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. Internet is good and the room and bathrooms are clean but musty. The staff refused to issue me an official receipt arguing that my online booking and credit card payment serves as my receipt. However, I insisted after strongly arguing that the big BIR sign posted on the wall stating that guest must demand a receipt so that the goverment can get paid for taxes. The staff relented and asked us to wait while they issue a receipt. They were deliberately footdragging so I would give up and leave. At this point, I had to demand in a strong voice for a receipt and the staff quickly issued a receipt. This was a very bad experience for us leaving the place exasperated. Ben from Boston/Manila

The confort room lacks basic amenities the room looks shabby the place is dirty the pool is dirty the place needs more light. Theres no food choices

Needs new name "Maybe it will work Hotel. WiFi (hit and MISS), Night and Morning room service called twice PLEASE TAKE food dishes...finally paid morning waiter STILL not take dish (gardener did).....toilet flush: stopped up. And ewwww nasty Korean owners as EVERYwhere in PI they have toilet bidets even Public restrooms. More about Mgmt its $60 night here (Subic Beach price for Queen bed) after first night mishaps Mgr says pay cash $50....except other Anglo got $40 a night...hmmmm. I saw other comments about bldg 3 (economy queen) and its true...first night in bldg 3 I had 7 working tv channels, had to call tech. Also took 1 2 3! Staffers to unlock tricky safes. HONEST REVIEW HERE...but the pool,maint staff, amazing bartenders and the beautiful master Chef Ella are unfortgetable. The rest.forget it.unless you are from Korea then it's heaven here.

The Woodland Hotel was so quiet and comfortable within walking distance of the centre of Angeles. It is ideally situated for Clark airport and the nearby SM shopping mall. The food was good and priced reasonably, the swimming pool was kept clean and immaculate, the grounds were nice to walk around. Gymnasium for those that enjoy the punishment. Staff were friendly with only a few minor irritations on cutlery and lack of available plates at breakfast and having to go to the bar to place a lunch order because staff were not very attentive at that time. My wife and I would definitely stay there again. Free courtesy car to and from airport. Hotel let us check out at 3pm instead of 12pm at no extra cost. Well done Woodland Hotel for a memorable stay.

여행첫날 새벽 도착할때 주로 이용합니다.2박이상한다면 공항 픽드랍가능하며 1박일경우 300페소 받습니다.모든 방 침대가 라텍스 침대로 푹신푹신한게 맘에들며 수영장 크기와 청결함도 굿입니다. 조식도 맛나네요. 센트럴파크 같은 호텔과는 다른 휴양 기분 내는 그런 호텔같네요

The staff very unhelpful and rude. Food not good too with many flies around.

静かな場所でセキュリティもしっかりしています。スタッフは大変フレンドリーで快適に過ごせとても良かった

Trevligt hotell område. Mycket träd o grönska. En oas i det annars så bullriga Angeles. Rummen är inget speciellt, men okej storlek och rent o välskött. Trevlig personal. Jag brukar välja detta hotell för det tysta o avskilda läget samt den stora o fräscha poolen. 10 min gång väg till fields, vilket är bra då jag undviker tricyckels i angeles (dåliga erfarenheter med dessa krokodiler till förare....) Lite högt pris kan tyckas men för läget o poolen är det ett bra alternativ.

チェックアウト時が… ホテルタクシーを予約してたのですが、まずその時間にタクシーがいなく別の遅い時間の便でお願いします。になり、 更にはその時間にタクシー自体が遅れてると… 頼むからそれだけはやめて欲しいです。 あとセキュリティボックスが壊れてた… それ以外は良かったんですけどね。

room service are good but they only give just 1 complimentary breakfast but the bacon was so inadequate they gave me a dirty spoon. and they should assist the guests and ask what their needs but they're just all flirting and laughing at the bar.

Free ride to bars not far but drop off and pickup very handy.nice gardens and atmosphere in middle of city.Advertised with pool but disappointed no water in it.Overall good place to stay .
