Apartamenty Amber

I enjoyed my stay at Apartmenty Amber as a solo traveller. The location was very good, 20 mins walk to the old town centre and just around the corner from a food court called Okrąglak where there are a lot of takeaway options. The apartment was up four flights of stairs which could be difficult for unfit people. Checking in and out was very easy because I just messaged the operator on WhatsApp and they sent me a pdf and walkthrough video showing how to access the property, entrance codes etc. I didn't see any members of staff, it was all remote, so you have to tell them in advance when you are arriving. The apartment was small and basic but clean and well presented. There are signs everywhere saying you have to be quiet so it's no good for people hoping to have a party. There is a TV but it is not smart and the WiFi works well. I will say only one thing that wasn't great was that there is only one radiator and it struggled to heat the room up in November evenings. I wasn't cold, but colder than I would've liked to have been.

The house was dirty under the furniture, the dishes were dirty (they ask you to clean and throw away the trash before checking out, obviously I didn't), they don't put sheets on the bed, yellow pillows and the heating is controlled by remote control so you don't waste more energy. Also, the neighbor next door has a dog that barks every morning as if it were an alarm clock. The bed, the springs dig into you from all sides. Ridiculous.

Nice little place, shame it was on 4th floor with no lift. Wouldnt be any good for someone with knee or mobility problems. Communication with the letting people was very good.

They DO NOT have on site parking. This was an outright lie on the listing. It is paid parking on the street per hour from 10 am - 10 pm. We got two towels for a three night stay for two people. No kitchen towels or paper towels for the dishes or wiping up the counters, etc. Communication was poor. Also, be prepared to take your luggage up and down seven flights of stairs. That’s not on the listing either. I wouldn’t have booked this property had I known.

Good location (walking distantce to the old town centre), clean and equipped with everything you can need for short stay. The only drawback is the 4th floor without a lift.

From booking to the actual arrival, the communication and help was there. This made it easy and stress free for me taking my kids abroad for their first time. The apartment was well presented in a good street, close to the heart of the action. The aircon was a godsend on the hot days too! Will be booking again and would highly recommend!

The condition of this apartment was far from the expectations. The sink was blocked I had to call and ask to fix that issue. The toilet was smelly, the mattress was formed springs that were felt while sleeping, the remote control was broken no shower gel or soap. I think that place needs renovations.

This apartment is in terrible condition and not as pictured. There is no air-conditioning or windows that open, so in summer it is like sleeping in an oven, especially as the bedroom is upstairs. The bed is a very dirty and ripped mattress on the floor. The bedding is dirty with stains. The kitchen chairs were all damaged and rocky, quite unsafe really. When we arrived, the hot water had not been turned on and it took 2 days for someone to come to fix the fault. Small touches like a floor towel for the bathroom, flannel, hand-towel, bottle opener, scissors would be nice. The apartment is in an undesirable building, covered in graffiti. The only positive thing is the location, but overall we had a terrible stay and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Eigentlich perfekt. Eigentlich, ein Futonbett ohne! Matratze. Sind aufs Sofa ausgewichen was ok war aber eben kein wie gebuchtes Bett! Schade, sonst perfekt.

Na spaní v dvoulůžkovém apartmánu pouze rozkládací gauč- spaní nepohodlné. Nádobí spíše žádní-špinavé. Televize slabý signál-takže více nefungovala jak fungovala. V apartmánu v noci chladno, teplá voda ráno na osporchování nebyla. Již bych se více v tomto apartmánu neubytovala. I když jsme to měli jen na přespání.

sam apartament, czyli małe mieszkanko w porządku, jedynie co jeszcze zapewne do poprawy to klatka schodowa, która obecnie jak widać była w remoncie, stąd nie do końca czysto. Myślę że to kwestia czasu, jak zakończy się remont to na pewno będzie przyjemniej. Mimo to że jest to stara kamienica w trakcie remonto, to juz zadbane w temacie bezpieczeństwa, czyli zamykanie na kod głównych drzwi oraz drzwi do klatki schodowej. Lokal wart swojej ceny. Do przenocowania na dzień czy dwa polecam.

My stay at the apartment was not bad. but there were some major faults. first the bathroom had waterdamadge, the doorframe on bathroomdoor was black because of waterdamadge. and after you took a shower, like 15 - 30 minutes after there were small Creatures coming in to the bathroom. Wifi was not working at all, Connected With my upnamed person for my stay. diden`t manage to fix the wifi. Did not speek English to an extent that is average. was hard to comunicate. and one night i got bitten by something while sleeping.. I will NOT!!!! use this service ever agein.. i mean the Apartmenty Amber... i am very satisfied With hotels.com only good reviews for hotels.com i would recomend everybody thinking about using this service to think twice.. would you like to get bitten by some small animal during sleep? would you like to have small animals cravling in the bathroom after you take a shower? and last but not least would you like the doorframe in the bathroom to be so badly damaged by water. That the colour off the Wood has turned into black?? i know i would not..

Stay at your own risk. This is not a hotel as such but a group of apartments in different locations. What this means is if you have troubles like we did there is no one to help. We checked in and went out to dinner only to return and discover there was no hot water or heating, the owner refused to come and fix it unless we paid a 40 euro fee and also refused to refund our money so we could go and find somewhere else to stay. May have been ok if they were apologetic but owner was borderline rude and initially blamed us saying we must have touched something. Not what you want to be dealing with after a day of travel and needing to leave early the next day for a tour. The apartment we stayed in was in a good location near the Jewish area and close to trains, shops & restaurants however even without the water issue the apartment was very cold, there was only one small blanket on the bed & the shower head was broken. Yes this place is a budget option and is very cheap so you don’t expect 5 star but we did expect a functioning room and some level of customer service.

Nära centrum av gamla stan i Krakow. Lägenheten ligger i det gamla judiska kvarteret.

Very nice apartment and located about a 5-8 minute walk to the main square.

La presentation laisse à désirer et aucun service sur place.
