Very nice hotel on great location! big room with nice view to the canal. excellent SPA/Massage. We will be back.

I had a room with a balcony overlooking the water, and a complementary bottle of wine. So we’re starting at a five. Minus one for mediocre breakfast and enormous difficulty getting to the place with a car.

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro. Albergo bello, camera molto spaziosa e con ampio bagno. Colazione ottima e varia. Da non perdere il ristorante, con cibo gustoso e dessert in omaggio visto il soggiorno in albergo. Bottiglia di vino (ottimo) omaggiata per prenotazione con hotels. Consigliatissimo!

Greit hotell med fin beliggenhet ved kanalen. Teppene på rommet kunne vært skiftet, eller iallfall renset! Ellers bra.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Gdansk and enjoying the atmosphere of the old town. The hotel is spotless, our bedroom was large with very comfortable seating and beds and the breakfast was delicious. The provide Prosecco with the breakfast buffet included in the price which we enjoyed. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our luggage on our last day before our evening flight. When we collected the luggage we were able to use a downstairs seating area and toilet to freshen up before heading to the airport. I’ve reduced the score for property condition and facilities due to the room key being very difficult to turn in the lock. This meant we had to fiddle with the key each time we tried to get in and out the room. Also the room we had was on the top floor and had a combed ceiling, in the bedroom the ceiling height was huge but the bathroom was tucked under the comb and the placement of the shower made it very difficult to stand under the water. My husband and I who aren’t overly tall, 5’6” and 5’8” both struggled and found it very awkward. This room would not be good for anyone over this height as they simply would not fit in the shower. Otherwise a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to others and will stay again.

Fint hotell i Gdansk. Kjempestort rom, rent og pent. Gode senger. Stort bad. Vi var heldige og fikk utsikt mot elven. Kan nevne at det er teppegulv på rommet, vet noen ikke er så glad i det. For oss gjorde det ingenting, selv om det var litt flekkete noen steder. Hyggelige Gabriela tok godt imot oss, og vi hadde fått en hyggelig hilsen på rommet.Vi kommer tilbake hit!

Really good location, house keeping and laundry services were top quality. Breakfast options and organisation of morning service could be improved.

Super centralt i den gamle bydel. Gode senge. God morgenmad. God udsigt. Store værelser og fint badeværelse. Alt pænt og rent. Bor der meget gerne igen, hvis jeg skal til Gdansk.

Fint hotell. Fraværende Wi-Fi. Ederkopper på rommet. Restauranten var for alle. Ikke bare for hotellgjester, så de ble kanskje en smule nedgradert på kveldene. Gode middager, men frokosten sånn passe

Ligger glimrende til for et besøk i Gdansk. Ikke et hotell som er et standard kjedehotell.
