Hotel Europejski

Отель старенький, но чистый. Правда кровать в комнате очень маленькая, хоть и считается двуспальной. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтрак очень посредственный, да еще и растворимый кофе. Поэтому мы ходили на завтрак в соседние кафе. Местоположение хорошее: тут же ж/д вокзал и большой трц. До центральной площади идти совсем немного.

We booked this hotel as a gift/treat for my Mum's 70th birthday. Me, Mum and my daughter stayed in a triple room. The hotel itself is in a great location and it's selling point is that it is an 'old hotel' but it did feel quite run down to boot. The room was adequate for what we wanted, comfortable and clean, tea/coffee making facilities and water, but nothing out of the ordinary considering the price. The staff were courteous but didn't particularly go above and beyond in any way, although always polite and approachable. We chose to go out for breakfast so can't comment on that, however, the bar only opens for breakfast 07:00 - 10:00 and I'm assuming in the evening, however, the one evening we wanted a drink in the bar, there was a private function on so we couldn't get one. We asked if we could buy a drink and have it in the lobby area (which was nice and cosy) but were told no. No coffee or drinks served during the day either (we wanted to have a cuppa whilst we waited for our taxi to the airport). Overall, fantastic location but quite underwhelmed by the hotel itself. Will book apartments again next time as we have done before.

The location is perfect, with secure parking and this time we had a wonderful suite that opens onto the garden…we’ve stayed here many times in the last twenty years and will continue to do so.

I liked the location, the atmosphere and the staff. I slept poorly though, as the matress was very hard and the street trams were interrupting my sleep. There are street trams in front of the hotel, and it can get loud in some rooms. This hotel may be a hit and a miss depending on what room you get.

Best option if you travel to/from Ukraine

Centralt läge Mysiga rum och väldigt charmigt eftersom dom verkligen har bevarat det gamla Stora rymliga rum Frukostbuffen var bra

The location was spot on with the tram service meters from the hotel; which took you all over the city. There is a huge shopping centre 5 minutes walk. The food was excellent, nourishing, good choice of items. The staff went overboard to make sure I had food to take out when needed and there was 24 hour reception which made me feel safer (not that I felt unsafe in the area). My room was clean, warm and comfortable with free wifi so that I could log into programmes I loved back home. There was an old worldly look and many interesting artifacts throughout; a quiet garden rest area with several water features and finally a Spa service for you to enjoy Overall 5* plus in my opinion and if I return to Krakow, this is the hotel I will book.

The only place that I stay when I am in Krakow. 3 minute walk from the train station and close to Old Town. I would wish for faster Wi-Fi but otherwise a pleasant stay

Hotellet ligger centralt och bra till i förhållande till allmänna kommunikationsmedel. Hotellet har en äldre stil vilket är lite charmigt men samtidigt ger intrycket av eftersatt underhåll. Rummen är normalstora. Dubbelsängarna är små och det blir trångt om man är två personer. Hade vi vetat att dubbelsängarna var så små hade vi valt två enkelsängar istället. Rum mot gatan ska undvikas. Spårvagnar och bussar passerar utanför liksom utryckningsfordon och alla ljud och vibrationer kommer in i rummen. Undvik därför rum mot gatan. Frukosten är hyffsat bra. Det finns det basala. Parkering sker på innegården i anslutning till hotellet. Väldigt bra om man kommer med bil.

Lovely place. Old world charm. Five minutes walk to the Old City. Amazing breakfast and fabulous staff.

Estuve un par de días!, el servicio es super atento, y aunque no es nuevo está bien conservado y es muy funcional, es un hotel bonito de estilo clásico a distancia caminando al centro de la ciudad

Very nice clean old hotel, nice balcony overlooking a green court yard, comfortable room. Convenient parking in the yard. Perfect location - nice easy walk to most attractions, lots of restaurant, shops, parks.

Hotelli oli hieno kokemus. Kulahtanutta ja vanhaa, mutta kaikki toimi moitteettomasti, palvelu erinomaista ja sängytkin yllättävän mukavat nukkua. Ihan omien kuviensa ja kuvailun mukainen paikka todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Pidin todella paljon paikasta!
