Rommet var rent, personalet hyggelig. Veldig fint hotell i nærhet til det meste. Rom med utsikt direkte til Wavel slottet. Frokosten var ok, godt innpakket glutenfritt brød og godt markert mat! Kommer gjerne tilbake

Alles in allem in Ordnung für ein Stadthotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut um Krakau zu Fuss zu erkunden. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Wasserspender auf dem Flur ist klasse. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig, allerdings waren Spiegel-und Rührei alle 6 Tage unseres Aufenthalt kalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ist recht emotionslos. Parken in der TG ist sehr teuer...knapp 110 € für Sa - Fr. Krakau ist absolut sehenswert...beim nächsten mal werden wir sicher ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

The hotel staff are the only “stars” this hotel deserves. However, I asked three times to have my wool socks returned, which I left after the first night when I changed rooms, and I did not get them back during the next three days of my stay, nor did I receive any feedback on whether they had been found. I asked the housekeeping staff on the floor twice and the reception twice. Apart from this incident, I have no complaints about their work. The location is also excellent. However, the hotel rooms and the spa area are definitely of a low, 3-star standard. The wall-mounted hair dryer is small and blows only very hot air with virtually no airflow, and it has a button that must be held down for the air to work. It was a real ordeal for me because I have long hair. When I asked for a regular hair dryer, I was given a broken one wrapped in tape, which kept stopping working, with the tape constantly coming off, etc. Another issue was the shower, with mold on the grout and the ceiling, peeling veneer on the side of the cabinet, a leaky window through which everything can be heard. A torn desk mat, dirty carpets and sofa. I am convinced—actually certain—that the cups and glasses in the rooms are not taken to be properly sterilized, but are washed by hand in the room bathrooms. Disgusting. The final straw was the bed. The mattress itself was quite comfortable, but on top of it there was some kind of “pad,” basically a rag that rolls up and shifts. I didn’t realize this the first night

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff really helpful and the breakfast was great!

The room didn’t have any coffee in when we got there and had to keep asking each day for some. The towels were very small and rough also the dressing gowns were the same

The 1st room we were given was dark with not much lighting , also found a beatle like bug on the chair. The view was also awful, after complaining we were given a better room on a higher floor. The staff are a bit arrogant at reception. Location was good, about seventeen min walk to the main square.

Breakfast was average.

Location is excellent. Friendly staff and good food!

Excellent all round. Just to note on this occasion - likely due to the renovations, the jacuzzi was cold which was a bit disappointing, but certainly didn't distract from a great stay :)
