This is the cleanest hotel I've been to, including 'luxury' ones! I mean no bird poop, no grimy corners, that sort of clean. If you are a germophobe particularly with a crawling baby or new toddler, this is a top option. Check-in/check-out was good. We arrived at 8pm and the kitchen waited so the kids could eat before they closed the buffet (30m late). This wasn't special treatment - we saw it happen to another group as well, they are just that considerate. Got (super) late check-out as well. Meals were tasty, super hot chilli oil was available! Limited alcohol options but as parents we weren't v bothered. Breakfast and lunch are very well-stocked, supper less so. Entertainment was fun, lots to do for kids i.e. kids club, a playground, ball court, giant chess, mid-afternoon games like jenga and bingo, and after-dinner kids disco followed by general entertainment (magic show, dance show, games night etc). There is a small beach within walking distance (20m going slowly, the 3-y.o made it and back without needing to be carried). The only thing I wish was different is the pool temperature and rules. The inflatables rule is enforced! However they were kind about it and even provided a smaller pool ring for my toddler Water was cold but the kids still managed to get a good swim in most days and loved the poolside dancing and aqua a. This was the best value-for-money holiday I have had in 3 years. Customer service is stellar, shout-out to Thelma, Igor, and the ENTIRE team!

Fantastic hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas of the resort. Food was excellent, loved that there was a sushi station a few nights. Drinks selection was good including some really good mocktails. Apartments are spacious and very clean - plenty of space for our family of 3. The only slight downside was the water park..we were really looking forward to using the water park as it looks fantastic for toddlers, however this was definitely not designed with toddlers in mind. The slides are great, but there is a huge bucket above the slides which constantly fills and swings pouring water below. The bucket is huge and the power of the water spray is far too powerful for toddlers below…my husband and I both had a go and found it too much! I wondered if it was just us…but for the week we were there we hardly saw anyone using the younger kids water park. I think it would be used much more if they turned off the bucket function and just let the kids play.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 kids. Easy parking, check in, always space at the dining area. Loved the all inclusive meals/drinks. Kids enjoyed the pool and the waterpark.

The hotel is walking distance to the beach and local shops. It is very clean with helpful staff. The food was nice but the choices were limited. The pools were clean with plenty of sun beds around. Ideal hotel for those with small children

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there.

Food and drink was great quality. Plenty of lounge chairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was much smaller than expected, which made all the facilities easy to get to and the resort overall was easy to walk around. Only negative was in the kids aqua park all the slides had too much friction so the kids couldn’t actually slide down them and had to push themselves down with their arms. All the slides need to be relubricated so the kids can enjoy them.

I can't say enough about the cleanliness - I had read reviews that said it was impeccable, and it really was spotless. We also enjoyed the fact that there were always covered outdoor spots to eat. The food was excellent, which is helpful, since we have a picky eater and she always found something she liked.

Guests with dietary restrictions, this hotel is the place for you! Everything is clearly labelled AND the team are aware of your allergies too. hen entering the dinner hall at every meal we were asked if we need anything, every morning, the wonderful Dina knew what wed like and proceeded to run around for us. She brought Gluten free toast to our table every day, with soya milk and gluten and lactose free muffins which were warm :) and soft and full of flavour. They also have theme nights, vegan sushi was amazing! Lots of food choices with vegan and healthy areas throughout the day. Cider on tap is Somersby yum. Bottles of wine available to take to your table at meal times which is a lovely touch! Rooms are clean and beds and towels tidied daily. Pool area is clean and manned by a lifeguard. Small pool area for littlies is partly shaded as the sun goes over. Waterpark was a hit for the kids with kids club area in amongst but all fenced in with playpark too. If you’re a parent alone then this is a great place to go! Ents team were lovely, something different every night. We arrived late and reception had arranged some plates of food to be left in the kitchen for us. You feel very special at this hotel, nothing is too much trouble, I cannot wait to go back!

This is a beautiful hotel that is super clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a separate room for the kids, a kitchenette, a clean bathroom and a balcony. We were only there for 6 days which was perfect. Buffet is fantastic with so much choice and themed days. The staff are AMAZING! So helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile. There's also a mini disco, snack bar, arcade room, basketball court, great sized pool, and the beach is only a 5 minute walk down the road. Lovely hotel, huge hotel room surrounded by balconies. Lovely friendly and very attentive staff especially in the food hall. Unfortunately especially being a family hotel I would not return due to the amount of smoke from cigarettes everywhere. I travelled with my three month old and everywhere we sat down we were forced to move when people sat next to us and smoked. This happened everywhere we went. I spoke to the staff about this on check out but they didn’t say anything. I would highly recommend getting a smoking zone/area as new mums especially will be uncomfortable with their child when surrounded by the constant clouds and smell of smoke.

Extremely clean property, attentive staff, great food, great vibe. The ‘no inflatable’ rule was annoying but considering pool size, understandable. Excellent value for money especially if travelling with children; highly recommend

This is the cleanest hotel I've been to, including 'luxury' ones! I mean no bird poop, no grimy corners, that sort of clean. If you are a germophobe particularly with a crawling baby or new toddler, this is a top option. Check-in/check-out was good. We arrived at 8pm and the kitchen waited so the kids could eat before they closed the buffet (30m late). This wasn't special treatment - we saw it happen to another group as well, they are just that considerate. Got (super) late check-out as well. Meals were tasty, super hot chilli oil was available! Limited alcohol options but as parents we weren't v bothered. Breakfast and lunch are very well-stocked, supper less so. Entertainment was fun, lots to do for kids i.e. kids club, a playground, ball court, giant chess, mid-afternoon games like jenga and bingo, and after-dinner kids disco followed by general entertainment (magic show, dance show, games night etc). There is a small beach within walking distance (20m going slowly, the 3-y.o made it and back without needing to be carried). The only thing I wish was different is the pool temperature and rules. The inflatables rule is enforced! However they were kind about it and even provided a smaller pool ring for my toddler Water was cold but the kids still managed to get a good swim in most days and loved the poolside dancing and aqua a. This was the best value-for-money holiday I have had in 3 years. Customer service is stellar, shout-out to Thelma, Igor, and the ENTIRE team!

Angenehm große Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich, Anlage insgesamt nicht zu groß - gerade mit Kindern gut, alle Angebote in ausreichenden Umfang vorhanden. Einziger Kritkikpunkt: die Musik/Lautsprecheranlage beim Abendprogramm ist für Indoor deutlich zu laut

Fantastic hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas of the resort. Food was excellent, loved that there was a sushi station a few nights. Drinks selection was good including some really good mocktails. Apartments are spacious and very clean - plenty of space for our family of 3. The only slight downside was the water park..we were really looking forward to using the water park as it looks fantastic for toddlers, however this was definitely not designed with toddlers in mind. The slides are great, but there is a huge bucket above the slides which constantly fills and swings pouring water below. The bucket is huge and the power of the water spray is far too powerful for toddlers below…my husband and I both had a go and found it too much! I wondered if it was just us…but for the week we were there we hardly saw anyone using the younger kids water park. I think it would be used much more if they turned off the bucket function and just let the kids play.

Great hotel for a family holiday with 3 generations from age 10 to age 70. Food plentiful and great quality, rooms huge and clean with comfy beds, entertainment team were brilliant. Thank you for a fabulous break.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 kids. Easy parking, check in, always space at the dining area. Loved the all inclusive meals/drinks. Kids enjoyed the pool and the waterpark.

The hotel is walking distance to the beach and local shops. It is very clean with helpful staff. The food was nice but the choices were limited. The pools were clean with plenty of sun beds around. Ideal hotel for those with small children

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there.

Food and drink was great quality. Plenty of lounge chairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was much smaller than expected, which made all the facilities easy to get to and the resort overall was easy to walk around. Only negative was in the kids aqua park all the slides had too much friction so the kids couldn’t actually slide down them and had to push themselves down with their arms. All the slides need to be relubricated so the kids can enjoy them.

I can't say enough about the cleanliness - I had read reviews that said it was impeccable, and it really was spotless. We also enjoyed the fact that there were always covered outdoor spots to eat. The food was excellent, which is helpful, since we have a picky eater and she always found something she liked.

Guests with dietary restrictions, this hotel is the place for you! Everything is clearly labelled AND the team are aware of your allergies too. hen entering the dinner hall at every meal we were asked if we need anything, every morning, the wonderful Dina knew what wed like and proceeded to run around for us. She brought Gluten free toast to our table every day, with soya milk and gluten and lactose free muffins which were warm :) and soft and full of flavour. They also have theme nights, vegan sushi was amazing! Lots of food choices with vegan and healthy areas throughout the day. Cider on tap is Somersby yum. Bottles of wine available to take to your table at meal times which is a lovely touch! Rooms are clean and beds and towels tidied daily. Pool area is clean and manned by a lifeguard. Small pool area for littlies is partly shaded as the sun goes over. Waterpark was a hit for the kids with kids club area in amongst but all fenced in with playpark too. If you’re a parent alone then this is a great place to go! Ents team were lovely, something different every night. We arrived late and reception had arranged some plates of food to be left in the kitchen for us. You feel very special at this hotel, nothing is too much trouble, I cannot wait to go back!

This is a beautiful hotel that is super clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a separate room for the kids, a kitchenette, a clean bathroom and a balcony. We were only there for 6 days which was perfect. Buffet is fantastic with so much choice and themed days. The staff are AMAZING! So helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile. There's also a mini disco, snack bar, arcade room, basketball court, great sized pool, and the beach is only a 5 minute walk down the road. Such a great location with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Well done 3hb Humbria!
