First ever holiday with children.. could not recommend this place enough. Main thing - cleanliness and service. Everything was as advertised and described. Whilst didnt affect our time there the only 1 thing i would say is the arcade is not included. Its 1£ per game like any other arcade which felt a bit off given its all inclusive. Otherwise id still rate it 10/10

All round a wonderful experience! The room is spacious and comfortable. The food has a great selection and is continuously different which is exciting to choose from. The area is good, short walk to beach and shops. The staff are so helpful and friendly, our son was a big fan of Pablo on the entertainment team. The kids area is great, our son is only two so couldn’t be left but he loved playing in the room and playground. You can always find a spot in the sun and It’s easy to get a drink/snack when you need. Our first experience of all inclusive and we’ll definitely be doing it going forward.

Il y avait beaucoup d'enfants en bas âge et, comme nous voyagions avec des adolescents, les activités proposées n'étaient pas vraiment adaptées à leur tranche d'âge. ​De plus, l'isolation des chambres est à revoir : nous entendions beaucoup les bruits des chambres voisines et des passages dans le couloir. ​Malgré cela, le cadre de l'hôtel, la nourriture et la qualité générale restent très satisfaisants. This is the cleanest hotel I've been to, including 'luxury' ones! I mean no bird poop, no grimy corners, that sort of clean. If you are a germophobe particularly with a crawling baby or new toddler, this is a top option. Check-in/check-out was good. We arrived at 8pm and the kitchen waited so the kids could eat before they closed the buffet (30m late). This wasn't special treatment - we saw it happen to another group as well, they are just that considerate. Got (super) late check-out as well. Meals were tasty, super hot chilli oil was available! Limited alcohol options but as parents we weren't v bothered. Breakfast and lunch are very well-stocked, supper less so. Entertainment was fun, lots to do for kids i.e. kids club, a playground, ball court, giant chess, mid-afternoon games like jenga and bingo, and after-dinner kids disco followed by general entertainment (magic show, dance show, games night etc). There is a small beach within walking distance (20m going slowly, the 3-y.o made it and back without needing to be carried). The only thing I wish was different is the pool temperature and rules. The inflatables rule is enforced! However they were kind about it and even provided a smaller pool ring for my toddler Water was cold but the kids still managed to get a good swim in most days and loved the poolside dancing and aqua a. This was the best value-for-money holiday I have had in 3 years. Customer service is stellar, shout-out to Thelma, Igor, and the ENTIRE team!

Fantastic hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas of the resort. Food was excellent, loved that there was a sushi station a few nights. Drinks selection was good including some really good mocktails. Apartments are spacious and very clean - plenty of space for our family of 3. The only slight downside was the water park..we were really looking forward to using the water park as it looks fantastic for toddlers, however this was definitely not designed with toddlers in mind. The slides are great, but there is a huge bucket above the slides which constantly fills and swings pouring water below. The bucket is huge and the power of the water spray is far too powerful for toddlers below…my husband and I both had a go and found it too much! I wondered if it was just us…but for the week we were there we hardly saw anyone using the younger kids water park. I think it would be used much more if they turned off the bucket function and just let the kids play.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 kids. Easy parking, check in, always space at the dining area. Loved the all inclusive meals/drinks. Kids enjoyed the pool and the waterpark.

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there.

Limited alcohol options but as parents we weren't v bothered. Breakfast and lunch are very well-stocked, supper less so. Entertainment was fun, lots to do for kids i.e. kids club, a playground, ball court, giant chess, mid-afternoon games like jenga and bingo, and after-dinner kids disco followed by general entertainment (magic show, dance show, games night etc). There is a small beach within walking distance (20m going slowly, the 3-y.o made it and back without needing to be carried). The only thing I wish was different is the pool temperature and rules. The inflatables rule is enforced! However they were kind about it and even provided a smaller pool ring for my toddler Water was cold but the kids still managed to get a good swim in most days and loved the poolside dancing and aqua a. Fantastic hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas of the resort. Food was excellent, loved that there was a sushi station a few nights. Drinks selection was good including some really good mocktails. Apartments are spacious and very clean - plenty of space for our family of 3. The only slight downside was the water park..we were really looking forward to using the water park as it looks fantastic for toddlers, however this was definitely not designed with toddlers in mind. The slides are great, but there is a huge bucket above the slides which constantly fills and swings pouring water below. The bucket is huge and the power of the water spray is far too powerful for toddlers below…my husband and I both had a go and found it too much! I wondered if it was just us…but for the week we were there we hardly saw anyone using the younger kids water park. I think it would be used much more if they turned off the bucket function and just let the kids play.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 kids. Easy parking, check in, always space at the dining area. Loved the all inclusive meals/drinks. Kids enjoyed the pool and the waterpark.

The hotel is walking distance to the beach and local shops. It is very clean with helpful staff. The food was nice but the choices were limited. The pools were clean with plenty of sun beds around. Ideal hotel for those with small children

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there.
