Great apartment. Spacious, comfortable, good Wi-Fi, working air con, hassle-free keyless, good location. Recommended!

We arrived and the property late after touring the city. The first email from the property had the pin to the bldg, but not to the door... as my phone had died, i did not receive the subsequent email in time to share with the rest of my group. Upon walking in, you can notice that the floor was dusty.. fingerprints on the microwave and cabinet doors... and on the lamp. No papertowels nor kitchen rags to clean with. The kitchen area is very poorly lit. We moved a lamp from the room to light the area. No TV remote can be found in the whole unit. We contacted NOMA LIVING and they apologized, told us that we can switch or they can get someone to clean tomorrow morning, as well as provide rags and the replacement remote... as it was late, and we had unpacked. We chose their offer the cleaner, since the bed linen looked clean( though the headboard were dusty). When time to sleep, thats when we noticed that the 2nd twin bed in the 2nd room was actually not a bed but a cot.. matress of which is half the thickness of a normal one! The promised cleaner never arrived, something about miscommunication about unit number. No hooks or racks to hang your wet towels. No closet in the 2nd bedroom, no hangers and hooks for your luggage/packs.

Todo perfecto muy buena ubicación, el apartamento muy bien en todos los aspectos.Lo único malo es que dejé el coche en la misma puerta del apartamento y me rompieron el cristal y me robaron poca seguridad

Todo muy céntrico. Los 3 días que estuvimos no limpiaron, ni hicieron las camas del apartamento

Very clean and slept 5 comfortably. Location was fantastic with Sao Bento train and metro near by. Could hear traffic and pedestrians.

Every morning at 8am we were greeted by a horrendous so bad the walls were shaking from building work going on in the property next door. no warning was given about this from the property before booking. We would not of booked this property had we known of the building works next door. Property owner communication and response to our complaints after our stay has been pathetic.

Great location. Toilet had issues where you had to wiggle the lid to get the water to work all the time. While we stayed there there was construction going on regularly starting pretty early on the morning. That was quite annoying. Waking up to hammers and saws is not the best feeling when you are on vacation.

Nice location. Expensive parking nearby. Not as clean as expected, and unfortunately the building next door was renovating and it was very loud.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Loved the easy check in with codes on door pad, our adult children could come and go as they pleased with no need for a key between 5 of us. Lift to carry all of our baggage , which in Europe is sometimes hard to find. This apartment is in the best location, close to all attraction that Porto has to offer and close to public transportation. Heaps of shopping and restaurants within a 2min walk. Super clean and comfortable. I have been to Porto so many time and have never stayed at this apartment and can honestly say that I will only stay here going forward. Thank you for making our family memories even more special. Highly recommended!!

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en ese apartamento, con lo que obviamente me encanta y siempre que vuelva a Porto me alijaré ahí.

O apartamento é ótimo! Tem ótimas comodidades. Fica bem central e perto dos mercados e comercial da Santa Catarina. Indico muito para quem deseja ir com família.

Der Nachteil war Baulärm aus dem Nachbarhaus. Sonst war alles gut. Nochwas, ein kleines Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster.

Komfortable Wohnung, gut gelegen in Porto. Nachts sehr laut da Night Club in Nähe - einmal laute Musik/Party bis 4:00 am Morgens!! Ausserdem ab früh morgens bereits Baulärm vom Gebäude direkt daneben ausgebaut wird. Check-in ohne Rezeption war dieses Mal Katastrophe. Emails von Innapartments im Spam, wir mussten viele Male anrufen, Passkopien schicken via WhatsApp, Code Türe abwarten. Dauerte einigen Stunden!! Dies müsste viel einfacher gehen, bei Roadtrip ist man nicht immer online. Was, wenn jemand kein Roaming hat, kein WhatsApp, jemand wie wir Check-in E-Mails nicht erhält?! Müsste kundenfreundlicher gehen!!

L'immeuble à côté est en travaux. (Comme beaucoup dans la ville). Ces derniers commencent à 8h. Et l'épaisseur du mur ne protège en rien du son. Au vu de l'etat du bâtiment il y en a pour plusieur mois. Pour le dernier jour ce sont des travaux complémentaires qui s'ajoutent au dessus ou de l'autre côté de l'appartement. (Comme çà raisonne impossible de déterminer d'où ca vient) Dommage car le logement est bien placé et il est plutôt agréable.
