Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli

Lobby service is not friendly, one day in the morning we were without water service in our room, and the hotel took more than 2 hours to solve the situation. The room is so spacious and comfortable, the cleaning of the room was so good

I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel next to the metro station exit. Lovely old fashioned building. Friendly staff and very clean. Had dinner in their restaurant one night and was lovely sitting outside watchinf the souq go by. The gymn had some tired looking equipment but not a big problem. The pool is unheated and is a little chilly but very refreshing and I had it to myself. Very handy for the souq and to get on the metro. And there's a taxi rank at the opposite end of the souq.

We had an incredible stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel view was stunning in the heart of Souq Waqif. Highly recommend!

Great location

Location location. You step out and enjoy a large friendly crowd, strolling among shops and restaurants. You can see horses and camel nearby, falcon market, bird shops and many places to eat.

Property is in a good location , right on the market . Comfortable bed and very helpful staff

We had a relaxed and peaceful time. We especially loved the hotel celebrating our anniversary with special decoration of our room and baking us a special cake. We loved having the Souq next door and the decor was wonderful

Superior location, comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast (although be aware it is served in a different building) and amenable staff. There are 8 separate boutique hotels in the souq and the downside is that they didn’t confirm which property I would be at nor did they indicate which property to go to for check-in. They never provided me directions to the hotel for my arrival by metro from the airport and when I did locate the hotel, check-in was painfully slow.

Very noisy outside at night, the staff in the hotel very nice & polite, the breakfast services was not very good, if you go after 9:30 - they don't refill stuff, we had to walk 7 min or get hotel’s buggie to go to the hotel each morning

I wouldn’t consider this a 5-star hotel at all—at least not the building we stayed in. The property is part of a collection of buildings in the Souq Waqif area, with the main building serving as the check-in location. From there, they transport you to your room in a golf cart if you’re staying in a separate building. They asked us if we’d like to upgrade with a significant fee to get a better room. We decided not to and they gave us a room in the Jomrok building, which had several significant issues. First, the room lacked an actual window; there was only a window facing the hallway, which felt quite claustrophobic. More importantly, it was extremely noisy. There was a restaurant upstairs, and the cleaning staff would start their work around 5 a.m., making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the service at check-out was disappointing. We were told that a golf cart would be available to take us to the main building for our taxi to the airport. However, after waiting for a long time and seeing no sign of the golf cart, we had no choice but to walk to the taxi station with our luggage. This delay almost caused us to miss our flight. Given all these issues, I can’t rate this hotel higher than 3 stars. The lack of comfort, noise problems, and poor service left us very disappointed.

O Hotel é super charmoso e o local é o grande diferencial. O Souq é o ponto alto, um local extremamento cativante.

Great place and very friendly people. However, i asked for a late check out and was only given 30 minutes.. this was in a perfect Souq Waqif location. Right by the thumb symbol. Not much fun because it is a government controlled hotel.
